If I could have given them no stars I would have. I bought Office 2013 Pro from them for an older PC but it would not activate, so I used their online chat feature, sent a screenshot of the issue then heard nothing back from them. I needed the software for the next day so I had to purchase from another source.
I contacted them by email and only after 15 emails, 19 days later and this Trustpilot review did I eventually get a refund.

Wanted to support a smaller company, didn't want to just give my business to Amazon and was also hoping that a smaller company would be better on customer service. Read the good reviews so went for United Software. Specifically asked them in online chat about whether the risk of buying Microsoft 2016 was that it could potentially become obsolete. They reassured me it was OK, but after ordering I found out that literally the day before my purchase, Microsoft had announced it was no longer supporting it. This was exactly the kind of information I had been requesting from them. Even though it was their mistake, I wrote to them and offered to pay the difference if I could just get the upgrade, but they refused. It wasn't the bad advice they gave me that disappointed me (anyone can make a mistake) but how dismissive they were afterwards, despite my reasonable efforts to find a compromise. I had chosen them in the hope that I would get just this kind of flexibility and support.

Thanks to Daniel, the problem I had in downloading software that is compatible with my PC was speedily and politely resolved.

paid, no email recieved, no product! Eventually got product.

At all times I was given help and support with great courtesy and understanding.
