At the time of returning the car in Marrakech airport Morocco , the company surprised me by stating that it needed to be cleaned, information I was unaware of. The agent did not inform me of this during the pickup. Additionally, they charged me a substantial amount, which does not align with the market price. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BOOK WITH UNITED! Worst experience! They forced us to take car insurance even though we told them that we are covered with our insurance. The front clerk said “if you don’t take insurance with us, you cannot rent the car”. He took advantage that we were all women! We mentioned that we would write a review. He replied “ go ahead”! We were charged 3X more than the entire rental for the car! They are a big SCAM!

I rented a car from United at Lisbon airport. When returning it I forgot my phone in the car. When calling the Lisbon office no one answered. After having tried a few times they blocked my number so I tred from a nother number. Same thing happende again.

If possible i give zero star to these scammers compny,waring do not rent a car from united car rental casablanca airport they are scrammers.

We have been working with United rentals since 2011. Overall they have been great to deal with over the years and have become an important part of our business.

I have hired a car from this company in Rabat Morocco last week. The local operators are big liers and charge huge amounts for misleading rental conditions. They block your credit card and ask to pay additional items cash or by another creditcard. I just filed a complaint with discovercars.com for getting a final invoice from them which they refuse to send. The local contactperson also does not answer the phone and keeps hanging up. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY AND DON'T FALL FOR THE LOW RATES!!! YOU WILL PAY A HUGE PRICE!

Be careful with this company. Their local operator sadly lets down the brand by very poorly-written contracts, that contain misleading claims and important omissions. You should use another local hire company if you can, otherwise, photograph the vehicle before accepting it and preferably have a witness to any conversations with this operator.

Been dealing with URG for a couple of years now and always have a great service from them. Always someone to speak to regarding any questions we have.

Information easily accessible and the portal is a great tool to use.
