Questionable business practices

I was originally ungated to sell a product on Amazon and then ordered it from United Supply Partner. Then Amazon randomly reversed their decision and United Supply is unwilling to do anything. They will not refund less a stocking fee, they will not exchange for other product. (Original product has never left their warehouse) So now I am just out $12,000.
Also, no phone number so I can't even talk to someone, just stuck hoping they will answer my emails.
