From onset, United Tax Liens and their staff have been outstanding in providing timely information to not only learn, but follow through with what has been taught to successfully search, evaluate and ultimately purchase tax liens and deeds. Travis Young has been instrumental in helping us get through the bumps/hurdles and build self confidence to build financial growth. We look forward to many more years as part of this "family".

Ryan Windley has been very supportive, patient, and educational resulting in the purchase of my first tax lien. Although, I’ve reluctant to make a purchase, Ryan took the fear and anxiety out of the process by explaining step by step what to expect during the process.

We would like to give a shout out to our United Tax Liens coach Erin Butler. From our first session , we knew we were with someone who would give us the necessary tools to be successful with tax liens/deeds. She went above and beyond our expectations. With our tenth session with Erin, we were able to bid at auction in the state of Florida and came away with three tax lien certificates. Not bad for someone who knew nothing about the tax liens, tax deeds world. Erin is very professional and beyond her professionalism, she is very personable and willing to go the extra mile that ensures success for anyone who is disciplined and determined to succeed.

I want to thank Angelo P for his advice and help in me landing my 1st Tax Lien Certificate. I appreciated how he guided me step-by-step to evaluate the property. I also want to thank Adam G, my weekly Coach for the training I received from him. They both taught me how to complete Due Diligence to evaluate the properties, even though I had health challenges and found it difficult to do on my own. What an awesome program! Our coach, Travis Young is a wealth of information. He walked us step by step through the process of tax lien investing. My husband and I are very impressed with United Tax Liens.

My coach was Janessa Green. We were a good fit. She is professional and realistic. She put me at ease, answered any questions I posed, walked me through the process of Tax Lien Certificate purchasing, and then onto tax deed auctions. She was patient and kind. She also has a good sense of humor. Which I find to be important.

We had a fabulous coach who was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient with us for our learning curve. The key is repeatability on doing the plan. Our coach taught us the plan and then helped us work the plan for success. Over the coarse of our coaching sessions we were able to bid on several deeds and ended up with 2 successful wins and another in progress. Also, we were able to obtain 5 different lien positions. All in all we highly recommend the program and the support staff is great
