Worth every penny, and more
These courses may seem expensive at first, but what's it worth to get the best information quickly? I learned the basics, but my coach has years of experience in this business and he gave me so many practical insights and a good understanding of "why" things should be done a particular way. Very valuable sessions, and I already have two strong funding relationships.

Retirement income from Tax liens, deeds, and foreclosures
I have above average familiarity with various real estate related strategies..., enough to know what I don't know, and that is where the coaching came in helpful. Finding and confirming the best opportunities has its own learning curve, and there are a lot of variations from state to state, county to county, and one auction platform to another. I understand all the coaches are great; Rachel M is my coach and I have enjoyed working with her. She was very helpful in sorting through the above, confirming a strategy optimizing my available resources and showing how to evaluate the various opportunities. Two key points: 1) avoiding potentially expensive 'rookie mistakes' and 2) the confidence to move quickly when a good opportunity is present. We remain in touch even after the initial 8 coaching sessions. I'm still early in this process but have 5 interest-earning tax liens in my portfolio so far, and have a line-up of tax deed auctions over the next 8 weeks for potentially higher yields. Over the next two to three years my goal is to create sufficient assets and an income stream from liens and deeds that I can retire from my current business. This is not truly "passive" as it takes some time to find and evaluate the best opportunities, but has a lot of flexibility and offers high potential.

UTL training was excellent
UTL training was excellent, time, dedication, and consistency are needed to have good results. My coach had a lot of patients on explaining process, examples were used, and all questions were answered.

What I have received from United Tax Liens is more than I expected. Virtual learning with Ryan Windley is real life training. Ryan explains every detail of what to do, how to do, and when to do.
Ryan is an outstanding teacher. He explained the advantages of tax liens and deeds. He walked me through the process. The value of due diligence, which allowed me to purchase my first lien and deed in a short-time.
I greatly appreciate him for sharing his knowledge with me. The value of "on the job training" through virtual training works well for me.

I love working with my coach
I love working with my coach, Eric. He inspires me with his vision and encouragement that I can accomplish big things. Last month, I sold a house that I had intended to rehab and flip. Instead of a several-month project, within 2 months time, I acquired the house, cleaned it out, did a few repairs and sold it before rehab, profiting about $135,000. This Friday, I close on the sale of a beautiful full rehab, and tonight I am receiving a contract on another complete rehab. I have never attempted to do this many projects at once! Thanks to Coach Eric for his constant support and expertise!

Was skeptical at first....
I saw the course on instagram and signed up and after to talking to several people at the company decided to pay for the intensive training with a tutor. I was of course nervous as I was paying for something I hadn't tried. After doing the course, I was so happy I made the choice. Our tutor, Travis Young was amazing. He was patient and went at a pace that made it easy for us to absorb all the info and explained all in a way that was easy to understand. He made himself available for all our questions, even after work hours. He was super flexible with our busy schedules as well. So far I have acquired several tax liens in Alabama and acquired a house in Michigan. So excited to keep going. So glad I connected with United Tax Liens and can't wait to keep going!
