The team at unite are awesome, We decided to go with Unite due to their fantastic rates, normally low pricing is matched with low service but in this instance the service is 10 out of 10 amazing.

They answer all of my questions whenever i need them and will be using them for a long time to come.

I would recommend Unite to anyone looking for telecoms either physical or virtual.

Fantastic service and great advice on the system we required.

From the first day, the full team has been with us to set up, give training and help with any queries we had.
The transition from our previous provider was a nightmare as they didn't want to lose us as clients, but we glad Unite Telecoms team actioned/supported/kept us informed every day.
If you need a good VOIP system for your business, I truly recommend them.

The reason I give 5 stars is because the customer service is outstanding and they helped me with everything. Josh and Charlie are the best people who have been there when I wanted to sort out stuff so thank you so much.

They solved a big issue on the needed time when other bigger companies weren't able to do so. A trustable provider for my company.

Always had a fantastic relationship and everything has been easy and transparent with them.

Some tech problems getting app running on my iPhone-SE, and xMass-NY beak did not help, but support was 100%

A few inbuilt error messages stating why something not working would go a long way to a fast setup, and the error messages I came across would be a hell of lot more help if they appeared on the visible (when the error occurred) screen as opposed to having to search for it (a long scroll up) :-)

Setup problems aside, looks like a very good system with first class support (Josh in this case)

Good communication throughout the process would recommend (Charlie Carpenter always quick to respond to emails and jumps on any tech issues which arise same day)

Although I haven't been with Unite for long, in the mere 6 months that I have been a customer of theirs, the Unite team has done nothing but welcome us with open arms, and helped us every step of the way. In the initial stage a member of our team was having an issue with their handset and Unite had someone out in less than an hour and a half! Unfortunately we wasted their time as the team member in question had his phone on mute but nevertheless it goes to show this is a company that stick to their service level agreement. Keep it up Unite!
