The worst quality, unreliable service
- didn’t deliver on time
- typos in the translation
- refused to give refund in spite of the awful service provided
- ask customers to review and approve their transaction to put responsibility for their low quality work on the customer
- online editor they ask customers to use is buggy and didn’t work for me
- online support is sales oriented and hasn’t provided any tech help
I ended up ordering from other place an haven’t used their work as it was completely useless.

Stay away
Stay away! I used this service to save time translating myself and because I needed certification and unfortunately, I ended up spending even more time fixing the translation mess they created. They should pay me for getting it fixed and not otherwise. They basically use google translate and don't even bother to review if the translation is accurate. Sadly the translation accuracy is not the only problem. 1/3 of the original text was completely missed and what was transferred over was completely inaccurate. The source text included registry numbers which were completely inconsistent with the original txt. It's a disgrace that someone would want to certify and put their name on a translation that is not only inaccurate, but missing original/source text and changing the content/meaning of the source text. I feel bad for people who use them and don't know the language and therefore can not verify the translation themselves. Shame on you Universal Translations!

0 stars if possible. Shocking translation full of mistakes, almost every line. How could they certify such a terrible translation?? They will not refund, they promised quick delivery. It’s been a month. Do not, I repeat do not trust them. They must have used a bot to translate the documents because it was riddled with errors any human could see and if you don’t know the language you will be misled! I regret ever choosing them. These documents were death certificate and things of a highly sensitive manner. I am very disappointed with the service and my experience.

Efficient Process with Room for Improvement in Translation Quality
Like: The process (request for quote, order placement, review of documents, final delivery) is fast and simple, and the client portal is easy to use. The customer support service is very attentive and quick to respond.
Dislike: Some of the translations are too literal, which compromises the actual meaning of the original text. It is expected that the translator captures the source text's meaning and rewrites it in a way that sounds natural and intelligible in the target language.
