I was surprised at how many mistakes I found. It was frustrating because most the mistake were careless; like numbers were incorrect, dates wrong, and names switched or in the wrong place. It took me a while to correct things and send and resend them. I need it translated for a visa and it can't be incorrect. I understand a mistake here or there but some documents had 4 or more mistakes.

Great experience and costumer service.

HORRIBLE customer service - client drove 4.5 hours to Tallahassee to obtain an apostille for her translation. In order for this to be accomplished, the translator's signature has to be notarized (PROPERLY). Their notary only stamped and signed an "acknowledgement" certificate which was NOT a proper notarization. It is ILLEGAL for any notary to simply stamp and sign a piece of paper without proper, compliant notarial wording. The first page is a form letter absent of a wet ink or digital signature that is notarized. When I, as a notary and apostille agent, tried to assist these people the staff quit responding or hung up the phone. They simply didn't want to deal with it. The client could have went home with their apostilled translation if the translator would have taken 10 minutes of his time to complete an online notarization. Surely he met with the notary in person who notarized his signature to begin with (although I highly doubt it) so the only difference was completing an online notarization so the client could obtain their authenticated document from the Secretary of State. Serious lack of customer service.

They helped me every step of the way and made sure I was satisfied with the project before finalizing it.

Excellent service and fast turnaround time. I needed an important document translated to Spanish in a certain timeframe, and I was highly impressed with the translation and how fast it was done. It took around 2-3 working days. I will be using this service again in the near future and highly recommend them.

Overall, I'm pleased with the service. However, there was a delay in processing my case due to a missed payment notification. It would be beneficial to improve communication, especially in urgent situations like mine.
