Google translation and chat gpt translation can and will do better.
I only used their services because I needed a certified translation. But unfortunately I had to edit and re-edit basic translation.

The project manager Rathan Kumar stopped responding to my emails for multiple days and multiple emails. I was simply asking him to forward the documents to the right emails as agreed upon in beginning of process.

Customer support staff Will Castillo was completely unprofessional. Suddenly putting the call on mute hold without explanation and coming back minutes later to explain. Will refused to provide me with basic information I needed about the project. I had to speak to Abby to get the information and in a professional manner.

Quick support and great customer service. Provide update accordingly based on required changes. Also most competitive pricing among the same business.

I hate to leave terrible reviews but this the worst company ever for the job! Just Google translators they use. Not even their brain. ( And then, if you a leave a review they will leave a feedback saying that they can’t find your name etc etc… like the just did to me).
How about taking responsibility?
Don’t say that you couldn’t find my name in your feedback bcs clearly you know I paid for the worst translation services ever.

They had me read and proofread my own documents like 12 times for all the many mistakes they made. Unbelievable !!!

If you want to save time, headaches and stress, pay a little more and avoid this “company”. Just machines translator software with no human brain who can read and proofread.

Not even for free next time I will choose them.

I used the service to translate a birth certificate from Spanish to English. What I liked the most is how fast you respond to the emails and the price for service is not bad at all. You guys were supposed to send me the files on time but you passed the time and not only that you didn't translate all 4 fills
You cost me time and Daley to send the files for immigration And I need my money back
