Love your service!

I am a professional translator with over 30 years experience. Due to excessive workload, I had some translations done by Universal Translation Services. The translations provided were done by using machine translation software such as Google Translate or similar. Anyone can do this for free without using a translation company. The quality was too bad to even consider correcting them. I had to get them done by someone else at extra cost. I was even threatened with legal action by the client due to the delay. Universal Translation Services told me they don't do refunds. I am now claiming a reversal of the fee through my credit card division due to fraud.
I am now editing my review since there is no other way to answer to your reply.
You state that you employ human translators. That may be so but the translators themselves may use machine translation for their assignments. You have no way of controlling this. The translation in question was definitely done using machine translation.
You claim to have a strict quality assurance process in place. I am not sure how this process works. Just one quick look at the translation you provided will immediately reveal the inferior standard of the work supplied.
The fact that I did not present any complaints about the four previous projects you provided me with, does not imply that this one is acceptable.
Regarding the refund, I did get my full fee refunded through my credit card fraud division. This certainly proves something.
The project number in question is S-231993 (Translation from German to Portuguese).
You make a false statement when you say that you did not receive any complaints from me. We exchanged a long chain of emails and you did revise the translation three times. Yet, none of the revisions was acceptable. I even provided you with the translation done by a second translator (at our additional cost) for you to compare with yours. Even this did not help.
And by the way, although your command of the English language is pretty good in your reply, the emails we received from your Project Manager (Mary Rose Centinaje) were written in pretty poor English. Very bad from a so-called translations company.
Your reply to my review reflects your shameless lack of professional ethics when you do not hesitate to provide false statements.

Moderate to good quality translation service. I know the language so I was able to give suggestion. One English typo. One additional detail that was not in the transcript was added, but for good intention I think. However, I asked to take it off for authenticity in translation. Overall, moderately good service that they ask for your review. Thanks!
