The speed of service was amazing.
The only reason I did not give a 5 stars rating is because I did not realize I did not approve all the pages of the translation, I did 1 out of 3 pages thinking that I did all 3, there was no follow up communication or alert to say revisit the item. It was when I started wondering why the translation wasn't delivered that I figured it out. As soon as I did it was completed in hours. Outside of that hiccup, the cost was great, the service was superb. Very efficient service

Initial quote was $40, so there was a miscommunication with Will. Translation of pages provided to UTS was not complete, resulting in resubmission, then a second notary fee was required, costing me an $100 not the $80 I expected.

Ignoring their customers, poor translation quality
1. Poor translation quality. I translated Master diploma with them. That was absolutely horrible. For the diploma one is supposed to use Academic vocabulary. They do not.
2. For a review they are using cusotm word-like online app. But it is not usable and not user friendly at all. Not possible to save the document to proceed later, not possible to change font lower than 12 pt and many more issues. Absolutely horrible user experience.
3. The most importanlty, they are ignoring their customers. Since their word-like app not possible to use, I asked them to send me translation in .docx format. I've made tons of changes and sent everything back asking them to use my correction. This request was ingored and they sent me sealed wrong translation even though I never approved it.
Personally, won't work with them anymore
