I don't even know where to start. Purchased a Pink Ticket for my friend's birthday as a gift. Been calling, I have emailed. No response, no call back, no email correspondence. Just nothing. We missed the event due to not having our her ticket and it was not cheap. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We have still not received out ticket for 18 june for the game of portugal vs czechia in leipzig we tried to reach out via email calls and chat but still got no reply yet we have bill of the following payment also.

Bought 2 tickets for Ger v Hun Euro2024 on the 6th May. Match is on the 19th June and still no tickets. Have called, answer phone, no answer. Sent txt via Chat and emailed. No communications. Feels all a big scam.

This website is a scam. Do NOT use. Convincing website and even gives you your own account. I’ve informed the police, Action Fraud and my bank. Report this company. Don’t let these scum bags get away with ripping off people and taking their hard earned money, scum. Ruined my child’s experience and stole her money.

Looks like i am another mug. I bought 4 supposed tickets for Scotland V Switzerland at euro 2024 order number 10260 plenty correspondence when asking about the tickets and how i would get them delivered replies were fast and answers were as I expected. A few weeks later just before the game no emails answered any more, phone number on website always dead and chat never works. Thankfully I paid by CC so will be covered and due to be being unsure I never told my son about the tickets so will not have to disappoint him.
Suppose its my own fault for trying to get tickets at a reasonable price ah well you live and learn.
Mark who was quick to correspond at first I hope your next poop is a hedgehog people like you need jailed but you will probably land on yer feet and find a way to scam more people.
Hopefully Karma gets you at some point as it will be well deserved.
Please do not fall for this company other places may be a lot more expensive but at least they are providing tickets unlike these dodgers.

I bought a ticket for Eurocup Serbia vs England on 16th June and they promised that I would get the ticket five days before the game kicks off. But now I still get nothing and am unable to get in touch with them. I made calls, wrote emails and sent livechats, but no one responded me at all. I don’t know what I could do to get my ticket or money back.

Bought Liam Gallagher tickets back in October. 5 days before gig last week no tickets. Money was refunded but absolute scam. I don’t get it. Now we are an extra £200 out as we had to pay over the odds for tickets. Do not purchase from this scam site

I bought 2 tickets for the upcoming UEFA match Germany vs Scotland.

Received a message that UEFA starts distributing the tickets 4weeks in advance. 2 weeks ago I reached out again and got a reply from Mark that UEFA will distribute them at the end of May.

I still didn‘t receive my tickets and no replies on my 3 follow-up mails or calls / live chat.

I‘m very concerned now that the tickets won‘t arrive on time and would like to rewrite my review if I get refunded or if the tickets will be provided on time (latest 13th of June).

Ordered tickets in November 2023 for a concert in June 2024. 5 days before the concert Universal Sports Tickets cancelled the order without any correspondence. Shocking

How is it possible?

Bought tickets to Green Day in January and they sent an email saying my tickets were confirmed. I had previously asked for a refund as I had suspicions that it was a scam which they denied. They have now refunded the tickets meaning that I had to rebook through ticketmaster leaving me with worse seats which I could have avoided if they accepted my refund request earlier. Please do not buy from this site.
