Same happened to me but for greenday tickets I did get my refund through today though

Ordered 2 Green Day tickets for 21st June, and like everyone else have had an email saying I am getting a refund with no explanation. No customer service at all. Also not feeling very likely that I will get a refund immediately. Stay away and do not waste your time with this joke of a company

My daughter bought tickets for the 7th June for Liam Gallagher to have them cancelled no explanation at all just an email. Awful behaviour they did refund her and managed to rebook tickets however not the point this is no way to treat customers at all. Just noticed on the 02 website if people have been let down for the 7 June and later tickets have become available on there not sure if this helps anyone.

It's a total scam. The site is very professional, which is why I ordered tickets for UEFA Euro 2024 back in February. Since then I have been assured that the tickets will be delivered via the UEFA app. I never received the tickets. This site consistently scams people and doesn't have the goods. Mark is just stalling people to buy time!
People don't order anything from there!

Bought 2 tickets in February to see Green Day on the 29th June 2024 and have had my money refunded yesterday 5th June 2024 with no explanation. Tried chat and emails but no response.

Purchased 2 x tickets at a premium cost for Liam Gallagher at O2 in October 2023 for Friday 07 June gig.

I was happy to pay above standard costs as the gig had sold out.

I received confirmation and additional communication a month ago to say tickets would be sent a minimum 5 days before gig.

I received a cancellation email on Monday saying tickets had been refunded with no other explanation.

No responses to my emails and refund yet to materialize.

I’m out of pocket for hotel costs and massively disappointed to miss the gig.

I ordered and paid for two tickets to see Liam Gallagher (twice their original face value price) in November 2023 £316 for June 7th at the 02.My wife and I saw Oasis on our first date and the 7th is a special wedding anniversary. I had an email yesterday today stating universal sports have refunded my tickets with no explanation. We have booked train tickets meal and hotel (we cant get a refund for the hotel).They have not given any explanation and have probably sold the tickets on for more (if they had them) or used our money (and people like us) for cashflow/interest. Their online chat is " offline" and phone line is not working.They need reporting to a watchdog as this behaviour is poor for a UK company.

Unfortunately it's all a scam, I've been scammed too. Tickets for EURO24.

Sold us 4 x Liam tickets back in 2023 for £636. Emailed this week 3 days prior to the gig to say they could no longer supply. Clearly just harvesting peoples payments and then cancelling orders and refunding prior to the gigs. I would imagine some sort of scam involving holding huge amounts of cash in order to draw interest from it. The only response from them is that they will refund, I should hope you will refund, if not we will initiate a card chargeback. Theres no mention of the fact that they have held £636 for 6 months with no intention to ever supply. Will be looking into this further, and not letting it go. Also they offer a 125% refund, is that a load of bull to....

Like many on here I have spent £474 on 3 x Liam Gallagher tickets (my icon) at the Coop Manchester for a week Saturday.

I purchased the tickets 23rd October 2023. I had an email over a week ago saying I will receive the tickets 5 days prior to the concert via ticketmaster. Then yesterday like most I had the email say I was refunded of which I have received £0.

Just done some research on companies house a so had no joy from 10 phone calls and around 5 x emails.

The company or should I say the owner Mark Leslie Brace submitted the company to be dissolved yesterday. So he folded the company yesterday, having taken everyone’s savings to enjoy a special event. I can’t afford to lose £500 but some people have no morals and still trying to take money off people knowing they can not provide the service / goods people are paying for.

I bought 2 tickets for the Italy Albania match for 15/06/24. today (04/06/24) I haven't received anything yet, but I paid around 400 euros. I have contacted everywhere but no one answers me.

Has anyone received a refund from this company? I was due to see Liam Gallagher on Monday 10th and received an email yesterday just to say I have been refunded. Haven’t received anything yet and now worried I’ve been scammed! Can’t get in touch with the company either!!!!

Liam gallagher tickets con, took money then refunded them but no refund came to me. Blatant scam. Luckily I got tickets from a real site. Would love to speak to someone there but they are keyboard warriors with no balls. Karma one day. Won’t be me, but life will come back and bite you and we will all love it. Just like many others on here, I have also received an email saying my Liam Gallagher tickets have been refunded for sat 15th June at Manchester co-op. I have not requested a refund and have not received a refund. I have a very distraught 15 year old that received the tickets for Xmas. I have phoned 4 times today and sent 3 emails. Can't get through on phone and emails ignored. I am disgusted! I need the refund to be able to buy some more (very expensive) tickets!

I received an email yesterday stating that my tickets for Liam Gallagher (15th June) have been refunded. I never put in a request for them to be refunded and paid £474 for three tickets (order number #8400) back in November 2023. I have tried contacting them via email and over the phone but to no avail. I have booked hotel and travel for this event in a few days so when I got the email stating they had been refunded I was annoyed and confused to say the least. Having seen the other reviews about this on trust pilot I am doubtful of any refund or contact from Universal sports tickets. STAY AWAY.

Scam company * Booked tickets for Liam Gallagher back in December then 6 days before recieve an email saying tickets have been refunded which they haven't. Total scam. I am also down £100 train tickets. Con artists do not use

A few months ago, I bought two tickets for the Switzerland-Germany game at this year's European Championship. I was sceptical about this company from the outset. However, as the price seemed realistic at the time (minus the processing fees, it corresponded to the market price) and because the reviews were more positive at the time, I gave them a chance. To be on the safe side, I contacted my bank in advance to discuss the worst-case scenario. However, shortly after the purchase, I was overcome by doubts, so I wrote an email to Universal Sports Tickets. They replied promptly and assured me that I would receive my tickets. I was reassured by this, as they seemed to respond to my emails quickly. A few weeks later, they even sent me a group message of their own accord, assuring me that the tickets would be transferred soon. Last week, after reading the many negative reviews for the Liam Gallagher concert, I became increasingly nervous and confronted them with the accusations. They no longer responded to this direct confrontation.

If anything changes and the tickets are sent to me in the next few days, I will amend my comment accordingly.

Don't touch these with a barge pole! They took over £300 from me in November 2023 for 2 Liam Gallagher tickets, started chasing for E-ticket delivery with a month to go, told me to wait until 5 days before and with 4 days to go I received an email saying they are refunding me.
I reckon they do this time and time again, invest the money and then refund just before the event.
Now faced with paying treble the face value rather than double!!!
