Disappointed to say the least
was disappointed with my experience. The windows I received were not as promised — the style and quality didn’t match what was discussed during the sales process. The installation was completed, but the end result wasn’t what I expected based on what I was told. I wish there had been better communication and follow-through to ensure I got what I paid for.

Installers Mike & Dan were great… professional and personable. Windows seem like good quality. I’ll follow up in 20 years. Not as thrilled with the office people. Made us postpone a doctors appointment for my wife who is temporarily physically challenged for a while or face a 1% charge per day for install date.

We were hesitating getting windows and Universal Direct helped us decide and answered all our questions. I was able to contact them and our sales rep without any problem. The installment was made by absolute professionals who were very knowledgeable explained everything again. Also, it's reassuring to have the outstanding warranty.

Friendly and professional installers
Both installers were friendly courteous and professional. They took the time to protect our floors and cleaned up when the windows were installed. We were given instructions not to clean or reapply our window treatments for 24 hours and we will follow their directions. We would definitely use Universal Windows direct if we need windows in the future.

Improved the house
The windows look and work so much better than what I had. The crew of Alex P, Miguel, and Pablo did a great job! They were professional, kept me informed throughout the day, and cleaned inside and out. From purchasing through install, I would recommend this company.

We had 20 windows replaced
We had 20 windows replaced. It was supposed to take at least a day and a half. Our installers Mike and Dan were very efficient. So much so that the job was actually done in one day.(some of the windows were a little difficult). I loved how they made sure the work surfaces and our furniture were protected, and the clean up was amazing. They cleaned up any mess they made and then some. I don’t have any more windows to be replaced but if I did I would want these guys to do it
