This organization is a scam
This organization is a scam. Do not pay for their services. They will send you two places - expect you to pick one instead of working within your budget and needs and so you have to do all of the research and find your own place. They also will ghost you for months. Then once you ask for a refund because they did not provide a service they will take you in circles so that you never get the money back. I initially reached out to them back in June 2025, they took my money but did not help me, and I have been waiting since August after I had to find my own place while trying to move to the city. I still have not recieved my money back and I’m doubting I will. Absolute scam for students.

Regarding the concerns about delayed responses and refund processing, we sincerely apologise if there were gaps in communication. Delays can sometimes occur due to coordination with property partners or internal verification processes, but we understand how frustrating that can be—especially when you are relocating and managing multiple responsibilities at once.
We will prioritise investigating the matter and provide you with a clear update regarding your refund status.
Your feedback is important to us, and we remain committed to resolving concerns in a fair and transparent manner.
Be careful with such agencies!
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this letting agency.
The first red flag for me was that the company claims to be UK-based, yet I was consistently contacted through international numbers. This immediately raised concerns about transparency and communication.
Secondly, the lack of professionalism was disappointing. For privacy reasons, I will refer to the agent as “PS” so others who may have had similar experiences can recognise the situation. At one point, PS became extremely unprofessional and even made comments that I perceived as threatening, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting.
I was looking for short-term summer accommodation and repeatedly made my budget clear. Despite this, my preferences were ignored. Instead of respecting what I had clearly stated multiple times, the agent continued to push properties outside my budget. Even when I raised concerns directly, they were brushed aside rather than properly acknowledged.
Although a “discount” was later offered, the pressure and persistent messaging to accept it felt more like sales tactics than genuine assistance. It seemed as though the focus was on commission and KPIs rather than actually listening to and meeting a client’s needs.
Overall, I found the experience stressful and frustrating. Clear communication, professionalism, and respect for a client’s budget should be the bare minimum when dealing with accommodation matters.

They are good and helpful but their clients need to be sorted out
They do help you in finding an accommodation and it’s great comfort that you can get accommodation before you leave, the service charge and everything is common in Germany, but one thing is (I’m not sure if university living or its staff is aware of it) I was given the accommodation with a German housing company called the Village which was awful, the rooms were very compact the student accommodation was not safe, over priced like anything the washing machines usually had problems, there were always incidents where someone broke into the buildings littered and even pooped in elevators and much more.
FYI: this review is post staying in that place for 3 - 4 months and experiencing other place for 4-6 months

No student should feel unsafe or uncomfortable in their accommodation.

While we assist students in securing accommodation, the day-to-day management, safety, and maintenance of the property are handled directly by the housing provider. However, that does not mean your experience will be ignored. Reviews like yours help us reassess partnerships and escalate concerns wherever necessary.
We truly regret that your stay there did not meet expectations, especially after spending 3–4 months in that environment. We hope your subsequent accommodation provided a much better and more comfortable experience.

I was re-hired by University Living in October and started doing tasks by Nov, I must say that tasks were very simple and stable.
Also the payment process this time was smooth as I used to receive them as per date specified. They made some improvements and was very transparent.
Sessions were held every month to clear doubts which made me more confident to perform the tasks very well and easily.
I just hope to continue working with them over long period of time
