Disappointing and Misleading Service
Very disappointing experience with University Living. Many things were promised during booking, but after payment, none were fulfilled. It felt misleading.
Even after escalation, the customer support manager was involved, yet no solution was provided. Responses were always “we will check and let you know”, with no follow-up.
Poor communication, no accountability, and a waste of time. I would not recommend University Living to anyone.

I strongly advise against University Living.
I booked through them in a student residence.
They forced me to sign a one-year contract knowing that I would only be staying for six months, promising me that they had someone to take over my contract.
When the contract expired, they told me that they didn't have anyone after all, leaving me waiting.
I had to find someone myself, otherwise I would have had to continue paying until the end of my contract.
I recommend joining Facebook groups for finding accommodation or contacting residences directly.

Your employee told me that the bathroom is private, but it was not, and also the pictures are different from reality. There is no blanket, bed cover, or television.
