Top topper experience. Claire 16 inches, natural, low density, just like my hair.

My hair never fully came back to it's pre-chemo status....add age/menopause, etc and now it is at the point where fibers and teasing can no long hide the extremely thin spots. (not to mention I was sick and tired of the same old updo...just to hide my scalp)
I would watch topper videos and research for over a year before I finally took the plunge! Thanks to the tips, videos and wealth of information from Lacie Rodriguez, I decided on the Aura as my first purchase. I ordered 18" in truffle brown. My stylist cut it and now I do not go out in public without it. I was nervous it would be too noticeable - but it is not. At Christmas, my in-law family had no idea I had a topper on and were shocked when I told them. For Christmas, my husband gave me $$ to order more and on January 2nd I placed my 2nd order for two more toppers.
This time I went with the 18" Upgraded Aura in truffle brown and thought I would try out a 14" Grania with a much smaller cap in medium brown, just to wear under hats, for hiking, working out and maybe swimming. The medium brown is almost a perfect match to the truffle brown - so no one will be the wiser when I switch them out. All three are 110% density (although the original Aura seems thicker and heavier than the Upgrade that hasn't even been cut yet)....which is perfect for me because I've always had fine hair - not thick, but had a lot of it. I love my two new pieces even more than my original piece and I never would have thought that possible. The customer service is outstanding!! The delivery time for me has been incredible!! My first one arrived within a week and my 2nd order of two arrived in about 2 weeks (despite the website stating expect the upgrade to arrive in 5-8 weeks). They all curl beautifully, are soft, manageable and blend perfectly with my hair. I have already washed the Grania and am wearing it today!! Sorry this is so long - but I am just so excited that I want people to feel comfortable and confident ordering from uniwigs. They've restored my confidence.

Amazing customer service where these ladies helped me through the process, of choosing peice and getting the right colour. You don't realise how losing your hair affects everything about you, especially your confidence. Their encouragement and assistance has restored so much of me that I lost to illness and gave me a new lease of life! They put up with all my queries, complaints, changes, worries and made it so nice for me to go forward. These ladies are so supportive and kind and just made everything go so smooth! (Bethany, Lalane, Beth and Bella were outstanding ❤️). The topper was perfect, beautiful and perfect colour and style with great quality human hair. Highly recommended 👌

I have generational hair loss. So for 5 years I’ve wore wigs. I ran across Uniwigs and ordered Dorthy real hair wig. I am very pleased! The hair is so soft, natural looking, and breathable. The color is so rich. I also love the price and the price breaks with sales. I purchased 2 the first time, another sale came and I purchased 2 more. I have found my store for buying my wigs. Also, the shipping is fast.

I've purchased so many toppers from Uniwigs, but today had a problem with checking out and then had to change my order after I paid. Bethany helped me get through the checkout process (there was a glitch), then emailed me that I didn't get my birthday voucher included, then helped me changed my order after I had already paid. She was so nice, professional and helpful. Best customer service I've had in a long time and such a pleasure.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and I have been working on people's hair for 10 years. Every type of hair you could imagine. I purchased a new full lace monofilament wig from UniWigs and attempted bleaching it and it absolutely will not lighten. I'm not sure what they use to color their human hair but it has to be some type of fabric dye because this is not how hair should behave when interacting with bleach. Basically you're paying for a fake synthetic heavily coated " " human hair wig. Waste of $1,000, save your money

I had to return a topper to exchange for another color. I was told I was approved to exchange for another color.
However, I'm unable to get a response from Uniwig on a delivery time. My exchange took place on 11/5/23 and it's now 11/14/2023 with no update on delivery all I get is a email saying it has not been process. It's been 9 days. Not happy with the customer service provided.

I just purchased my 2nd topper from Uniwigs. I love the color of my topper. its exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to get it cut and styled. customer service has been great with answering all my questions.

I don't understand the bad reviews. This is definitely human hair. Incase people don't know the hair comes super shiny because it's coated in a silicone..you need to wash it. This is my first topper and I'm blown away! Highly recommend uniwigs. I got the Courtney as it was the cheapest option but it looks and feels expensive. The postage was super fast! I also read bad reviews about the hair being shipped from China..uniwigs factory is there..if you do your research you will see it's all very legitimate. I will be purchasing from here yearly to update my hair.

Uniwigs is a confidence saver!
I have purchased two hair toppers from Uniwigs. The first one wasn't as good of a match to my bio hair. I wore it to work and was so paranoid about it all day, I ended up with a tension headache and I never wanted to see it again!! I took a break for a couple months and then re-visited the idea. I am SO GLAD that I did, bc I ended up with a hair topper that was a better match (Upgrade Courtney), is wavy when air dried and can be straightened and curled and I absolutely LOVE IT. I do not wish hair loss on anyone. It definitely comes with a learning curve, and can take a lot of time to get used to, but I'm so grateful for experiencing hair loss in 2023 when we have such great products from Uniwigs that enhance our natural beauty.

After trying so many other types of hair extensions that didn’t work with my extremely fine/thin hair, I finally took a chance and ordered my first hair topper (Aura) from Uniwigs during a Black Friday sale. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Having this topper has been life changing, and people are shocked when I tell them it’s not my hair. I’m currently trying to decide on another topper…it’s a bit overwhelming with all the options they have, but I can’t wait to try something a little different. I can’t thank this company enough for giving me my confidence back…Please don’t ever stop making these great products! I will be a life-long customer.

I got my Courtney 12 inch topper more than year and a half ago and it still looks like new.
I think the price for the product is great and it is very easy to use, even if you are a beginner or not a hair-styling person in general.
It is comfortable to wear and secure, even when dancing.
My natural hair is quite a bit darker than the topper, but it kinda just looks like lowlights when it peeks trough, so you don’t have to worry to get a perfect match.
I would recommend it to anyone.

I was in search of a wig and found UniWigs. Buying a wig online is very scary- but the UniWigs team answered my questions about sizing, color and which kind of wig would work in a quick manner. I was away from home when I made the purchase and wanted to receive my wig on return. The company was amazing about holding shipping until my return and we actually coordinated receiving the wig only a couple days after my 6 month absence. I was very pleased with my first wig, but had some questions on how to wear it- as it was my very first wig. Again- the UniWigs team helped problem solve how I could wear my wig comfortably, which made all the difference. The quality is great- the hair is thick and silky soft. The first time I wore my wig in public, people were amazed when I told them it was a wig. I will definitely buy again from UniWigs as I find them to be trustworthy, responsive, and the hair is gorgeous.

This is my first time buying a wig. The customer service was very helpful in assisting me to choose the right wig. They spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the different styles. It was hard to choose because they are all so beautiful!

I’ve tried different brand toppers and Uniwigs I keep coming back to. Why? They have very good quality Remy human hair with good quality construction. Not overly dense or too little density of hair. The mono and silk toppers are very comfortable and natural looking, although, the mono ones you do have to use scar tape and color to make it look more natural scalp. The price point is reasonable especially with the quality of hair and construction you’re getting. You do have to wait sometimes a few weeks to get it but it’s worth the wait. I’ve learned the hard way but don’t change unless it’s broke so I’m sticking with this company for now. The customer service is also very easy to deal with when they finally get back to you.
