I just received my first topper, upgrade courtney in dark caramel. I absolutely love the beautiful highlights. It is a lot of hair, so I thinned it out and it's perfect. I'm placing my order for an aura topper today in natural black and can't wait to get it! The topper I purchased dries with a beautiful wave that matches my natural wave! Thank you uniwigs, wish I had found you a year ago!

I have naturally brown hair, but I absolutely love being blonde! Maybe because I bleach my hair so often, my own hair has become fragile, dry, and very thin. I saw UniWigs' videos on Instagram and decided to give them a try. Their customer service recommended a color that perfectly matches my dyed blonde hair! The topper feels comfortable and natural, and I wear it every day at work. Now I have three UniWigs hair toppers and will definitely keep buying more! This is a fantastic company!

Absolutely love my new upgraded aura topper! It very closely matches my bio hair and blends well in the front. It feels very lightweight and the hair quality is great.

I wish I’d bought a topper years ago. It has transformed my confidence! I purchased the 7" x 8" Upgrade Courtney Mono Top Human Hair Topper | With Pre-cut Layers - Color : 223R Mousse Brown , Length : 12", Density : 130% and I’m over the moon with it. Customer service has been brilliant. It’s excellent value for money and I feel a million dollars!

Their phones do not work you have to text only and email? I tried calling several times to purchase a topper and I would get a recording that they are working on their phone lines for a few weeks?? I texted to see if someone could call me. I got a response the next day by text saying they would try and call me? Never happened then another day passed after I sent another text complaining no one called. I bought a topper years ago and liked it and was able to talk to Someone a d wad satisfied with the purchase. I believe they are no longer in California and now out of China. Went with another competitor until they can get their act together I don’t trust them at this point.

I am updating this review based on additional customer experiences and the products I received. After a very lengthy email discussion back and forth with Uniwigs, I'm actually amazed at how polite and professional they were as we worked through my package that didn't arrive. Be aware, they do not ship to PO Boxes. You must give them a physical address that can accept USPS orders. It took a long time and a lot of communication to have a separate shipment sent to my sister's address, but it finally happened after about 6 weeks. The Uniwigs staff always seemed to care about why I was frustrated. I felt like they really wanted to help. Fortunately, my shipment was insured by Route. Filing a claim with them was how I eventually received my order. I'm glad I didn't cancel the order because what I received was amazing, right color, high-quality hair, just exactly what I hoped I would receive, actually even better.

I placed an order through the Uniwigs website on Apr 15 but the PO Box was omitted from the address label when it was shipped so the local post office returned my order as undeliverable. I've been working with customer service on it since I discovered it was returned on Apr 24, and there has still been no resolution. The package has been sitting in NY where it was returned to since Apr 27, and despite requests to ship it to another address or refund the cost, nothing has happened. My emails are answered but they are usually to acknowledge that they don't have the package. Surely, there must be something set up within their shipping system that returns undeliverable merchandise to Uniwigs. That seems to be the missing piece. At the very least, I can prove it was never delivered to me. I can't give them a good review because they haven't resolved the issue.

This was my first time ordering from uni wigs and it’s the best decision the wig was beautifully packaged arrived very quickly exactly how described, customer service is exceptional as order was for UK all my questions were answered and they couldn’t have been more helpful, I will definitely be reordering from uniwigs highly recommend

Most beautiful and lasting hair on the market. Customer service is great and their products are lasting and natural looking. As someone who requires the hair for medical reasons, I can say UniWigs quality is unmatched. I have used their units for many years. I highly recommend this company. 11/10

Amazing product. I ordered the 10" clip in dusty ash brown. Hair is great quality; clip ins are easy and stay in place nicely. I lost a large area of hair on the top of my head due to melanoma removal; once everything healed, no hair :( However, this product allows me to look like nothing ever happened. Very pleased, highly recommend.

Bought my first ever hair topper. Wasn’t quite the right shade so returned it for a darker one. Each delivery came in good time, emails with customer service were quickly responded to and I now have the right colour and I love it!! Really affordable prices and products are exactly as described. I highly recommend UniWigs. I’m making a second purchase soon!!

I returned my topper on 3/27. Thr topper was approved for a refund. I have not received my refund. I have emailed uni wigs twice regarding my refund. No reply. Their phone is being upgraded. My topper cost $300

I was so looking forward to receiving my first hair topper but when it arrived I was really disappointed.

The density doesn’t feel like 130; the hair itself felt ok but when I tried it on the top/scalp looked so fake and synthetic. It didn’t even match my own hair colour which is black so not a hard colour to match!

It says the parting can be moved accordingly which I struggled to do after wetting it and trying to comb it to one side. It just doesn’t stay.

I was disappointed as I watched so many You Tube videos on these toppers and they looked really good!

What a waste of over $300.
Think I will stick to my clip ins!

I ordered my first uniwigs topper and it was a very good decision!!!
I have chosen Amber topper in colour Mousse brown and after putting it on, my thin hair, my whole face has changed.
The density of 120% is perfect, the children who I work with every day said i had been to a hairdresser's and my new hair and new colour look really nice. - they always tell the truth 😉
Next topper from uniwigs will be bought very soon.

Recently purchased the Upgraded Courtney in Dark Caramel (18in) and absolutely love it! This is my first topper and I plan to get the exact same one to be able to have it ready and styled in two different styles! I’ve gotten so many compliments! I also received it so fast… I ordered it the 12th of January and got it on the 25th!!

Fast delivery ! Excellent fibers quality. Soft silky, extremely realistic touch. Very realistic hairline and the large lace front allows playing around for different styles. One tiny little critics : The cap and the borders of the tresses are a bit too dark so it is important to watch out to cover them well because if it shines through, you notice some dark tissue that does not fit with my skin tone.
Nonetheless, I am thrilled and absolutly in LOVE with it. People who know me wearing wigs all the time, even said : Oh, is THIS your real hair today ?

All other companies silk toppers tend to have extremely dark long roots on their blonde pieces and I didn't want to keep having to use root spray on my bio hair to blend with the toppers. The topper i bought matches my bio hair perfectly and it is so silky soft and great quality! I am about to purchase two others now!

I got a several hair toppers all the them fabulous, Clare topper is amazing but the last one I got had been Aura skin top. It is easy and comfortable, lightweight and breathable, I like the colour and the length. I found this topper better to use in a hot weather. I just love it.
