They have horrible service. Server keeps on going down... root server gets hacked, then they deleted all client websites without any backup or anything, just wiped out everything. They have no idea how to administer an server. Support system takes weeks to respond, that's too with a useless reply. After that they suspended all client account without any notice or information.
Unlimitedgb.com and their parent company Interweb iTech (India) Pvt. Ltd. is totally fraud. They takes your money and they disappear, you will have no means to contact or complain them.

I would definitely recommend UnlimitedGB to anyone with little to advanced technical knowledge as they offer a variety of upgrade paths as well. They are an excellent provider and transparent as well.Uptime is exceptional, the UnlimitedGB servers are very fast, even with the seasonal load our site experiences and the tech support, when needed is very dedicated. Your support is second to none and the price is brilliant considering what you get in terms of service. Many thanks once again!

I had paid for domain renewal for 5 years but domain was renewed only for 1 year with an assurance that it will be renewed automatically every year before expiry date. I have been repeatedly reminding them for renewal and was always assured that the domain will be renewed in time. Now my website is down since past 2 days because the domain has expired. The pathetic loser on phone Mr Robin has the audacity to say that file a complaint wherever you want, we will answer them. If you want to loose business and have an unreliable website, host it with these frauds. Pathetic people, pathetic service.

All my websites are down for last Seven Days. They keep saying that they will recover the back in 3-4 Hours but no response till date.

I have 8 Website associated with their hosting and all of them are down. As a result we lost the contract with reputed real estate group.

I am using unlimitedgn service from last 4 year, I paid due invoice before due date then my domain was expired, i called to support team he said it will took 24 hours now 4 days gone no one giving reply or not activating my domain. UnlimitedGB is very bad service dont use it

The fact that I have continued to transfer and start new websites on UnlimitedGB after more than a year with you is evidence of my satisfaction of your excellent service and skilled staff. UnlimitedGB made it quick and painless to set up my website. Good, speedy customer service via email. They'll work with yes, til the prob's fixed. I am an existing user of unlimitedgb and my domain name is
" www indiasandart com" which is hosted in unlimitedgb.

These people doesn't have automated system where they can enable or active your website once payment is done. You have to manually inform them and it will take more than 4 days downtime every time.

I will be moving to some other hosting site.

Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The lad that helped me was call Ric Samuels. Also a Galvin getting back to me promptly even before opening time. Thank you. I have never been let down by UnlimitedGB. Their email support is fast and amazing. They always resolve issues quickly, no messing. Highly recommended.

UnlimitedGB has made the whole process of hosting exceptionally easy and very efficient. He had already summarized the problem on the ticket, so no additional information was needed before a technician began addressing the issue. They are by far and away the MOST professional, MOST knowledgeable, and quickest response group I deal with. I can think of nowhere else I would even consider taking my business. UnlimitedGB Hosting has been a great company to work with. We used to work with a different hosting company and had all kinds of issues. We’ve also worked with larger companies that you can never get any help from. Everyone at UnlimitedGB is on the ball and answers all the questions we have. While not the cheapest, they are moderately priced and overall, I would strongly suggest them.
