Thank you for your prompt service and concern for our web business. We have had service with other providers that have never delivered on their promises. I am sure many of us have experienced that. It has been a pleasure to do business with a company that not only delivers what is promised but goes out of their way to provide that service! Please feel free to share my praise for your excellent service with others that may be looking for web and email services.

Recently, I purchased a shared hosting service from unlimitedgb. And the problem started from the day one. First, they took more than 15 hours to just activate my account.

Then after a week, I did a wordpress install with "https" in hope that i will get a free SSL from cloudflare. But right after the installation my website started showing a hacked warning. I informed the customer service using their chat service but instead of helping me the representative said that I have to purchase SSL and dedicated server from them in order to use "https".

I was stunned by this. Another mysterious thing was that the hack message was not showing on the "http" version. So, I came to a conclusion that unlimitedgb itslef was behind the hack message. They try to do it to scare the customers and force them to pay more money.

I directly asked them for a refund. The representative told me to send an email to the support team and I did that. But even after 5 days, there was no reply on that ticket. I tried chatting with the CS representative again and he said that they will have to do some kind of verification. So, I asked when will it be completed? Instead of replying my question, the representative just closed the chat.


Moreover, unlimtedgb also tries to spread scammy reviews. So, do not believe any of the positive reviews that are being published here or anywhere else. Its better to go with a free hosting than to waste money on unlimitedgb's shared hosting plan.

Two years back it had the best services, response was really quick. But now its in pathetic condition. Even a simple domain renew takes 1 week and you need to waste hours chatting with them for the simple task. Everytime a new guy is on support and you need to start from zero and final response is "Yes sir it will be done asap" but when no one knows.
The servers are also not 99% up. There is almost 20-30% downtime.

They are operating company in parttime. Billing though mentioned 10AM to 6PM IST but is available only 6PM to 7PM IST. This gives the condition how they are operating.

Earlier I will suggested to go with them but not anymore.

On dated Oct 31 I have purchased a windows server From UNLIMITED WEB HOSTING along with a domain name (
helloarup.com) The Order Number: 5045273512.
Till now my server is not ready and now i have decided to refund my money.
I have send several support ticket for this, but didn’t find any solution.
Even I have also called several times in their phone number which is given on the invoice. Their chat is not works at night. Even they are not in 24/7 support service. Even they wrote 24/7 services in their website

Too irresponsible company with pathetic services. They even don't care about their old customers. I regularly pay them for my domains and hostings but they I had lost my all visitors, customers and all sale. Totally, I had lost my company's many years of reputation. I'm just here to say that this is a pathetic company. Just try out rich care companies like hostgator or bluehost for hosting and godaddy for domains.

Too irresponsible service . On every page I am getting error as "too many connection" this is due to mysql max_connection is set to 50 connection . As I am using share hosting the connection is distributed among other users too.
I has asked unlimitedgb to increase the connection limit but they refused to increase it now I am looking for other host.

I have taken hosting space and haven't got my settings, login details.

I asked them for same but they did not even bother to reply after 2-days I have asked for refund then they sent me the details.
I asked that please cancel my order and refund the money and again they don't even reply anything on that.
it's more then 9-days they haven't replied on ticket.

this is really frustrating.

I don't know how your support works.

I have brought this service yesterday and even after paying complete amount my status is showing pending although I have received payment confirmation.

I have contacting you via chat but your executive did not tell me anything he even doesn't reply.

I have tried your call back option where but I did not received any call back.

I cannot host my services with such support.

Please cancel my services and refund my complete amount.

The company works fraudulently. Do not under any circumstances opt for their services. I had opted for their unlimited hosting plans, but when I realised, you get to host only one website, I immediately requested for a refund, within 10 minutes of purchasing the service.

Their response to my reason to cancel, We will refund only if they think that it is worth their while to refund me my money.

This is the most uncustomer-centric company I have ever dealt with. The Customer Service representatives are very rude. They outrightly say it is the customers fault that the customer did not understand their ambiguous promotions.

For all those who want to have a better hosting service opt for any other company but this.

If there was an option to give Bad stars to this company they would get all five stars. A very pathetic company

I have been a UnlimitedGB Reseller Account Customer since late August 2009 ... is there more to say ... yes, I'm very satisfied with the service they offer, its stable as promised and their technicians have solved the few issues I've had fast and securely.

A few times, I’ve had dumb technical questions. Once I forgot my password because I hadn’t touched my web site for over a year. Another time, I couldn’t figure out which address to use for uploading. Each time, UnlimitedGB answered within hours, if not minutes and solved my problem. My website has been with them for over two years, and it’s run perfectly the entire time. I can’t say enough good things about the company.

UnlimitedGB provide one of the best hosting packages around for extremely good value.The support package is also very flexible, and although I have never had a problem there are countless ways to contact the staff in the event of a problem. Features and specifications are amazing, and all the staff are friendly and easy to deal with. The servers are well maintained and very fast, and I have had no downtime as of yet. A superb host and highlyl recommended! A*!

I have been using its services for two years and once I had downtime, but their unrivaled support solved it in 30 minutes. I just wanna mention that its work based on quality.As for the speed and network uptime, they are perfect. The customer support that this website has provided me with is as close to perfect as I’ve seen. I was experiencing a few problems with my website’s server load, but my representatives David and Sam were able to help me work out the whole situation. Their responses were fast and helpful as the same time. Great job guys!

i have totally paid my money and after a long wait for activation i got irritated asking them to activate my account i had no reply from them

I agree long time back they have a very good support(2-3 years back) but now seems like they don't even have one.

Ticket ID : 543535 is a recent ticket I have opened with them today itself its been more that 5 hrs. there chat support is not working I have tried all three browsers firefox, IE, chrome but its not working at all(This happens on weekends).

I have called then n number of times but its the same.
Than what the hell is 24X7 support they flash on there site.
And this is not the 1st time I have faced this.

When I first signed up to your service I was skeptical as to whether it was as good as I had heard, I wasn't disappointed. The service and help as I started my account was excellent - quick and detailed responses. I hope you guys go on to more success and you seem to be building the best hosting service around.

The staff at UnlimitedGB.com had my issue resolved before I could log off the support page.Reliable, quality service at a good price. Good error recovery, software library, back end management.
