Very bad, the code did not work and they found a made-up reason not to refund. There is also no customer service, so good luck working with them! (No useful response down here!)

I was helped as soon as they were available got the code in pretty much hrs. Device works good and my new service was able to help with any other problems like not being able to use my data. My sevice found a the correct channel for my data to work. Other than that they do as advertise they Unlocked my phone.

Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

I make a big mistake to visit this site and place order here..they told me that they are able to unlock my S9 plus locked to sprint.
I paid 41$ for unlock and waiting for 3 days or more but no result after that I visit their web site and connect to live chat.operator told me that their service grow up in price and that I must pay more that I paid before..What business is it?I asked for refund but operator answer me that need to wait 3-5 business days..this site and service is really bull sH.T.it is a FRAUD

I paid $90 for this service. $90. And not only is my phone still locked, but I waited for the unlock chat to connect for 30 minutes just to tell me that they couldn't find my order. I tried calling customer service and nobody answers. You can't even leave a message as it says that the inbox is full. This was and complete and utter waste of my time and if I fail to get a refund, I am reporting this site for fraud.

first thing i will say is this worked on my sprint samsung galaxy s8, however the process was very difficult for me until i found a tech that was extremely helpful and did all the work for me remotely, what had taken me over a week without success took him 15 minutes and now i was able to slip my metro pcs sim card in. i would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a legit unlock and if there is trouble ask for TECH06.

Complete waste of time & money. Don't even bother!

after an hour of broken poor English and directions my phone was NOT unlocked and now I'm google locked as well. Then he says oh i told you to do these...and follows that with oh you can pay to have the google lock removed... thanks for 50 bucks down the drain guys. if your deciding to use these jokers....DON'T!!! now I'm searching online to unlock the google and unlock my phone PROPERLY myself.

UPDATE: 4 days later...

i paid another company to bypass the frp lock, which they did in 15 min. After it was done guess what...PHONE NOT UNLOCKED!!! what a complete waist of time and money with these guys. One might think after reading my review someone would reach out to me and at least offer to make it right,... sadly no. just further proof these guys dont care about you and just want your $$$$.

Received unlock code within 3 days as promised. When they sent unlock code, they sent a link to instructions. The link took me to a page that said, "You must subscribe to this page to see this post" so I thought I was getting scammed. Chatted with their customer service, and they said, "Just pop another SIM card into this phone and you will be prompted for the unlock code". That is exactly what happened. Took the SIM card out of my good phone, stuck it in the phone I intended to unlock, entered the code, and it unlocked. Then I put my SIM back into my good phone and my good phone works as it always does. If the instructions link worked the first time, I would have given 5 stars.

I made the mistake of placing my order last Friday before reading the reviews. I was very nervous after reading the reviews but some of them did give me hope. I sent an email Monday simply asking for a status update due to timeframe quote being 1-48 hours, it is now Wednesday and I haven't even got a reply for that. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just pick and choose who they respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner. I understand that they have to reach out to other providers and that can take time but I am a supervisor in customer service and I more than understand how business impactful lack of customer service can be. I'm not going to even bother to call the telephone number due to other reviews stating that it sends you straight to voicemail with a full inbox. I'm very concerned that I have waisted $45. I am not sure the stress of having no idea of what is going on is worth the wait. The only reason I did not choose one star is because according to the 1-48 business hours timeframe they still have around 19 hours to go but the lack of customer support has been more than stressful. Not worth it.

UPDATE: it's been over 48 business hours and still no unlock code or even a response from the company. Trust the negative reviews there has been absolutely no assurance throughout this whole process. I don't even know if I'm going to receive a code.

i went to at&t to unlock they told me i had to wait 6 months to unlock. decided to go online found this website i sent in my imei, paid 15 dollars and waited two days. i got my code and my phone was unlocked. recommend 100%

I had trouble at first but after chatting with the with some one they helped me right away got my phone unlock they did a great job

The process to unlock my sprint phone was very slow because it took a long time for the techs to respond. When issues arose they didn't give up and they got my phone unlocked. I was really happy with my service minus the long reply time.

Paid to have an iPhone x unlocked got the email saying that it was complete and it still won't accept any other SIM cards. The number to call is out of working order. I will change this rating when the phone is unlocked or I get my money back .

Inconsistent customer service had me concerned that this company was a scam. Four business days passed with no contact from the company or update on the pending status (but I did receive promo codes). I called the provided number several times on different days with no response, no answering service with the company name, and no available voicemail (mailbox was frequently full). Contacted by email on day 4 to be told "order is being processed" and eventually "sent an email to the technicians for an update as soon as they respond I will give you an update." Finally heard back a few days later informing that they were unable to unlock and received a full refund. Gave one star for the successful refund however their lack of communication has left me no time to find another company to unlock my phone.

Fast Replies. Excellent service. Although they could not unlock my iPhone X. they refunded me right away. Thanks.
