three times bought a service, and always without success

They say 1-48 hr and it’s been a week I call no one picks the phone up I would not spend my money wit this company if I was you

I was able to unlock my Lenovo Phone and manually downloaded techolite.com Lenovo Themes for free.

Worked great, fast and right the first time.
The other reviews of negativity I dont understand. Galaxy S7 from sprint unlocked.

Its been over 2 weeks since I placed my order, order went in on a Wednesday I was quoted 1-48hrs , I emailed Saturday inquiring on the status kf my order and rwcieved an email Monday from Shades saying they didn't process orders over the weekend, I waited 2 more days tried calling again, then emailed again and received a return email the following day saying it qould be ready the next...still waiting...calling the service number is pointless as it goes to voicemail directly but the mailbox ia full so you can't leave a message...you're left with only emails to communicate and you're forced to wait days for a response that way....I requested a refunds...we'll see how long that takes

I ordered my unlock code (sprint s8)on Friday by the following Monday I had the email containing the download and the link to speak with a tech . When I got on the line with the tech he was able to access my computer from wherever unlock authority operates and then he did all the work to unlock it.... Anyways all I'm trying to say is unlock authority is a real company . It only cost 42 $ opposed from that 400$ paper weight of a phone you bought . Do yourself a favor and Get your phones worth out of it .

Using Spring Galaxy S7 with a Vodafone SIM Card from Turkey.

After confusing instructions, a tech that was rude, impatient, short, and ended the chat before I can finalize things, and having to wait in the queue for another tech, I was some hours in and frustrated. The second tech was nicer, and although it still didn't work, he said it had to do with my GSM and APN settings. Now I'm searching the internet for answers.

When I agreed to pay the fee, I thought it would be much easier than it was. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone before doing some research to see how successful it will be for you. I would also love a refund.

A couple of suggestions for the instructions:
1) Please note that a minimum battery charge should be met before starting the process (perhaps 20%)
2) Please note that holding the "volume down +home+ power" button on galaxy phones requires the individual to hold them down for at least 3 seconds before the next page comes up. This is a simple addition that can be made to the instructions for those who have never done this before.

The unlock code worked as published. Took a little extra time but no big deal.

I have yet to receive any email with my code to unlock my Sprint phone. I called the 800 number & no one picks up.. I send an email & it's not deliverable...

Excellent service and it absolutely works. I was skeptical at first but they sent the code as promised and it worked instantly.

Honestly thought I wasted money, read the reviews and was skeptical a little bit, made the order at about midnight. Next day around 6 o'clock got the email and it worked as promised. Was very happy to be able to replace my little brothers broke Metro PCS phone with a older verizon phone I had.

Payed my money over 10 days ago and sent e mails and tried calling the customer service number which is not accepting calls due to the mailbox being full. Don't waste your money! !!

This website is 100% legit I paid the $40 it took a few days to get my email with all the information but I have a Galaxy S7 that was on the Sprint network and now it is on the Q Link wireless network

Wow! These guys know what they are doing! I had sprint for over a year and they where charging me waaaay to much money for just 2 lines ($200). I decided i wanted to switch to something cheaper and to save money. T mobile was my decision and while i liked the service and pricing for 2 lines i still wanted to use my s8! I found unlock authority and read reviews and figured whats $40 right? I'll give it a try. The next day after work i was already chatting with a service tech and he was extremely nice and stayed with me the whole way and even made sure my t mobile sim card was accepted to my s8 and even made sure i can text/surf the net/call out-in! I have my s8 back and thanks to you guys i can enjoy my phone again! You guys rock and im already recommending this service to everyone on my facebook and people at work! Great job!! A++++++++

I decided that I didn't want to unlock my device after requesting an unlock and they gave me a full refund. While I can't comment on their ability to unlock devices, their business practices are commendable.

I was very skeptical of using an online service to unlock my iPhone 7 because I've been scammed before. However, this website service proved me wrong! I switched my network before unlocking my phone with the previous carrier (BIG MISTAKE!) and was left to figure out a way to unlock my phone (without burning a hole in my pocket) quickly.
