Very satisfied with service
After searching the web for a long time, am very glad to have come upon this site. They are fully authentic, and very prompt in their service. I applied for unlocking my Huawei Nova Plus on Sunday night and got my code on Monday morning. Most importantly, the code worked at my first try.
Overall without any doubt, the site is authentic, payment is secure, service is very good and prompt, and price is reasonable. Highly recommend this site and will definitely come back for future phones.

Very knowledgeable and online available
I had my S3 unlocked by them - great support! I bought this phone off of Craigslist and apparently someone was trying to mod this phone - which made it difficult to unlock! The tech guy walked me through a method that finally worked. I tried two other places - the first just took my money, "Owen" couldn't do this and said he will refund my money - that won't happen. The other place did give my money back. I also tried many methods on the internet, none exactly what Michael walked me through so don't kid yourself. BTW you want online support (chat) so you can see in writing exactly what to do. Also these guys are very timely - the site stated 1-5 hours, they took 3. I wasted days with others!
Bottom line - don't waist your time like I did, just go to these guys - worth every penny (Michael is awesome!)!
