Not gold plated as described...
I got a bangle for my birthday 3 months ago, the quality is terrible definitely not gold plated as advertised. The gold is bubbling away even avoiding taking in into the water - which firstly I shouldn't have to be doing, and now leaves me with rashes on my skin when I wear it. Such as shame as the person who gave it to me was very happy about it and paid £150! I tried emailing last month and have heard nothing back...please advise.
Looks like scam
I ordered a product on the website, paid for it, and received a tracking number. Four days later, the order was marked as delivered, but in reality it was never delivered to me.
I tried for a long time to contact customer support by phone, WhatsApp, and email. After dozens of messages and calls, they finally responded and said they would look into the issue. After that, they disappeared for several days, and now I am once again unable to reach them.
They do not answer the phone or hang up when I call, and they do not respond on WhatsApp or email.
The jewelry sold by this company is beautiful, and my wife owns several items from this brand. However, my specific situation looks hopeless, and in this case the company appears to be a scam. At the very least, they show absolutely no concern for the customer and no willingness to deal with cases like mine.

A stone fell out of my beautiful sunshine ring, a gift from my husband purchased in Mexico City. Having it replaced was incredibly easy. The Uno Team were responsive and kind. I mailed the damaged peice and had a replacement sent back in a very reasonable time frame. Thank you Uno!!!

This company is disgraceful.
I bought my first piece from Seville last week as they had the start of the 30% sale. It’s a ring which I love.
I proceeded to try and order a bangle when back in the UK and my payment was cancelled by the merchant 3 times.
I eventually about 3 days later got a response to say due to a “glitch” they would push the order through .
No tracking details or order number nothing
So no idea where this bangle is currently

I bought a ring at the Arizona airport. The quality is cheap and turned dark right away. There is no phone number or email to contact for a return and refund. One of the worst companies. Too expensive for cheap jewelry.

I have emailed the company twice and nothing has happened! The second time I received an email back stating they received my photos and email and gave me a case number. But nothing else since March!! It the end of August! If there was a phone number I could call and get someone to follow up!
Like everyone else I love the pieces I have but there doesn’t seem to be a customer service department!

Absolutely appalling customer service - well actually there doesn't seem to be any customer service. I bought 2 items online and needed to return one. I received the return label, followed instructions and the item is still sat waiting in Madrid customs for Uno de 50 to contact them. DHL Express have been superb trying to chase things for me. I have had no response from Uno de 50. These are expensive items. I will never buy online from them again.

Never issued credit for properly returned item
I returned a gift. I needed a smaller size and company told me return for store credit, not exchange, only option. I returned the item and was told my credit was in my “account” which could be accessed using the order number and my zip. I tired to look it up and it said there was no record of this order or account. After finding all customer service contact options out of service (email, web and answering machine that took messages never returned), I managed to find a working email through the return process from months prior. Over the last several months I have exchanged 19 emails asking for a credit or refund. A very simple issue. After many questions about the order over several weeks I was told the finances department would contact me for a refund. Two weeks later the “finance” office emailed saying their records showed a refund had been issued. I again reexplain the very simple issue and series of events including email documentation of return for a credit, noted that a “refund” was not possible per their own policy and no credit was issued. I receive my 17th email stating, again, they are sorry and will have the finance office contact me for a refund. I have followed up twice over the last two weeks. I will never get my credit of $132USD and will never shop here again. Very unfortunate after many years as a loyal in store customer.

Poor quality, damaged after 3 months and no response from customer service.
I purchased a bracelet and two charms in Barcelona while on holiday in March. 3 months later all items have eroded and chipped and are now unwearable. I was told by the sales assistant I could go into John Lewis concession if I had any issues but they have said this is not something they can deal with. I have emailed but no response. It's a shame as the designs are beautiful but for the price point and the promise of a guarantee I'd expect much better quality and customer service.

someone from customer service to tell me how to make my return.
I have emailed all the information they asked for and a
copy of the invoice. The reviews for this companies customer service are truly appalling. I received my bracelet in 2 days which was great, but the bracelet was too large, i requested a return and I ordered another bracelet in the smaller size which all also arrived promptly. They deliver but do not deal with returns. I am extremely disappointed with this company.

Request for Refund – Overpayment for Necklace at SLC Uno de 50 Store
I traveled through the Salt Lake City Airport today, Friday, June 20th, on my way home to Texas. While there, I purchased a "Short Link Chain Necklace with Large Blue Crystal" from the Uno de 50 store located in the airport. I was charged $430.00 (totaling $465.49 with tax).
At the time of purchase, the sales associate, Lori, mentioned the necklace might be on sale. She checked the Uno de 50 website using her cell phone and informed me that it was not discounted. However, after reaching my gate, I checked the website myself and saw that the exact necklace was indeed listed for $301.00 — a difference of $129.00 plus tax.
Upon arriving in Texas later this evening, I contacted the SLC store and spoke with Cassie, who provided me with a phone number for the corporate office and customer service. She also assured me that the overpayment would be refunded.
Please advise on the next steps to process this refund. I am happy to provide a photo of the receipt and the necklace for verification. I note that your "contact us" link on your website is not operational. No one returns my phone calls. The SLC airport store said they have no information as to how to contact your company despite assuring me that my money would be promptly refunded.
It is hard to imagine that this lack of customer serive is not intentional. I will not back down, this is wrong and dishonest. Why would anyone deal with a company that has ZERO accountability for their product and their actions? I do believe you are in violation of Utah consumer protection law. I say that as a lawyer.

I am truly beyond disappointed with the entire process I've experienced, which has resulted in the worst customer service of my life.
How could a replacement piece of jewelry valued at nearly $400 arrive in nothing more than a plain manila envelope with absolutely no protection? It baffles me.
I regret not taking photos of the pristine condition in which I returned the jewelry. Following your instructions, I sent it back in its original box and took additional precautions by packing it in a USPS box. Yet, I do not even receive the necklace back as it was originally sent—complete with its jewelry box. I only wish I had never sent it back!
I have had to repeatedly follow up, chase down answers, and utilize multiple channels—emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls to a number that goes unanswered—only to be met with this insignificant, cheap, and tacky envelope.
Incredible how this experience completely changed how I feel about your products. This will be my last purchase from your brand and I will ensure that I share my feedback widely as well.
This experience only reinforces why no one can match the level of customer service found in the US brands.
Truly a shame…

Bad customer service & bad quality
I wish I’ve read the reviews before I bought anything from this shop. In February I bought a bracelet. When I came home from Barcelona the bracelet was already rusted, so I sent an email to CS. Their only solution was to either pay an extra €25 to ship the bracelet or go all the way to Paris to exchange it. I told them my friend will be in Barcelona to bring back the bracelet as I was not willing to pay another €25 for something that was clearly a quality problem. When my friend was in Barcelona they told me a refund was not possible but the rusting could be ‘washed off’, something CS never told me but they were going to make me pay €25 for shipping. This hassle has been going on for 3 MONTHS and let me tell you that this company has absolutely the worst CS and products ever. Absolutely not worth the €170. Please buy your jewelry from somewhere else. EDIT: not the sales person telling us they were doing us a favor with ‘trying’ to solve this problem, what a joke! Thats your job!

I am extremely disappointed with UNOde50, particularly due to their inconsistent product sizing, unclear and restrictive return policy, and the complete lack of customer support (if it even exists). I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for weeks without any meaningful response.
This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing anything from UNOde50. There are plenty of other brands that actually value their customers.

Reached out through Chat, never available, through email given, and days before a "limited" response and no resolution provided. Form to complete online return doesn't work. Appalling service
Uno de 50 jewelry is extremely attractive. However service for returns is appalling.
Unfortunately we ordered the incorrect size and trying to sort the problem out has been a nightmare!
We sent about 10+email's hoping to exchange it, but to no avail. Every reply was a automated response asking the same questions. After speaking to our credit card company to refund the money funnily enough we had a notification to return the bracelet!!!
We now await the refund!!
We will not be buying from them again.
