Kids physically hurt and crying nightmare

Wish they would of treated the kids that paid for VIP tickets (500 ea.) better. Not even a photo op. Most walked out crying as they got trampled on and hurt trying to get a high five. Things got way worse when there was mention of a cash giveaway. A kid version of Travis Scotts Astroworld festival 2021. The lack of security got many kids hurt. Save your money and stick to watching on YouTube.

Waste of money don’t go!!!

I’m at the unspeakable live show right now. Spent $1,200 dollars on this show. It’s pitiful. I wouldn’t spend $12. I wouldn’t even drive to it again if they paid me $12. Big flop please people don’t waste your money on this

My son absolutely loves unspeakable and I ordered him a bunch of youth small shirts and they are all different lengths. You guys should really try and make your shirts the same size as they say . One of the youth smalls is like 3 sizes under a small . I think maybe one of the 5 shirts is actually a youth small the rest are all different.

We carry a handful of brands, so it is unfortunately common for them to measure out differently. A Gildan youth small will be slightly different in size compared to a Bella Canvas youth small. Because the sizing varies, we provide a sizing chart for each and every clothing item showing the true measurements of each product. The link can be found under the product title and price.

Back in August I ordered a youth small…

Back in August I ordered a youth small Goodvibes T-shirt for my grandson for his birthday. I received it on September 22 and it was too small. I returned it with the packing slip to the address that was on the packing slip. 15080 Sommermeyer St Ste 100. Houston Tx. All I wanted was an exchange because like I said it was too small for my grandson.
Never heard anything so I finally sent them an email. They first asked if I had a tracking number which unfortunately I didn’t because I actually sent it back and their envelope to the address on the packing slip. I was told by unspeakable that they were the fulfillment center and that they do not process the exchanges. It says on your packing slip it states to contact us for an exchange or return which is what I did. They are extremely rude and they don’t care about their customers and I for one will not be doing business with them again and I have three grandsons I would like their stuff but I will never purchase from them again if this is the way they treat their customers. Terrible service and I have an unhappy grandson.

Hey Sheryl.
You sent your return to our fulfillment warehouse, NOT to our PO box where we accept returns. You did NOT email us before you sent the return back, you sent the return back and then emailed us asking for an update. Because we do have customers who do not contact us prior to mailing an item back, we do pick up any accumulated returns from our warehouse on a monthly basis.
Normally, we would use your tracking number to confirm that the return arrived at the fulfillment warehouse and proceed with the exchange, but you were unable to provide a tracking number so we have so far been unable to confirm that the items were received at the fulfillment location.

The returns address and full policy is listed in our FAQ at unspeakable.com, and we give the return address to customers who email to initiate the return as stated on your packing slip. Which again, you did not do.

We process all returns in-house, we do not allow our fulfillment warehouse to process returns because we personally check every single return to make sure it is in perfect condition before restocking it at our fulfillment center. Any item that does not pass inspection is not restocked.

We were not rude at all, in fact, we told you exactly when we would be picking up our returns, please see the email I sent on 11/16:
"Our pickup date for November is the 28th, so the exchange should be processed by 12/2 at the latest."

In the future, please be sure to follow instructions given by a merchant, as the instructions are there for a reason.

It is plainly stated in our FAQ that sending items to the address on the package will severely delay exchange processing times.

Because you chose to take this route rather than waiting for us to process your exchange by the date provided, I have issued a refund for the order back to your card that placed it. You will see the refund in your account in a few days.

From New Zealand My son loves…

From New Zealand My son loves unspeakable we ordered a few items last year a t shirt and a school bag my son loves his t shirt and wears it all the time and loved his bag for only a couple of months before it fell apart was a total waste of money was super expensive to....however went to order another t shirt which is $14 used and postage for item is $73.21usd total $87.21usd coverted to New Zealand dollars its $139.51 nzd so almost $140 for 1 t-shirt its criminal so expensive

Hey Jay, per our email chain, we are unable to ship first class to New Zealand at this time due to a USPS suspension, and recommend that you wait until first class shipping is re-instated before you place your order. We absolutely understand why you would not want to pay that for a shirt, but unfortunately, it is the only option at the current time.

As for the backpack that you claim fell apart within a couple of months, you did not let us know about this prior to emailing about the shipping, which you sent on 6/28/22. Had we been notified prior, we would have gladly already resolved this issue.
Furthermore, I was unable to find an order placed using the name, email and address that was provided on that email chain. Please respond to my email with an order number so that I can look into the damaged backpack for you.

WATCH OUT FOR SCAM SITES!

PLEASE WATCH FOR SCAM WEBSITES!

There are a LOT of websites out there that our followers seem to be ordering from. Please double check that the URL is correct.
Any URL other than that IS a scam. They copy our coding exactly, and change 1 or 2 letters in the URL so that they look legitimate.

Some common examples we see: www-unspeaksable-com, unspeakablemerch.shop, unspeakkables-com, and many more.

If you have ordered from any of these websites, please contact your bank! They are smearing our reputation, as several reviews on this page are about these scam websites, NOT unspeakable.com.

If you're not sure if you ordered from us or not, please email us (email is available on our website) and provide screenshots of all order details (your name, address, and order number), and please send us any correspondence you've had regarding your order (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.)

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. My son accidentally bought something from their store and now won’t let me return the item. Nowhere on the description did it say no returns and they are claiming that item stated that there wasn’t. Customer service is rude, liars and a total scam. This dude makes millions from his BS YouTube channel and can even handle his own business like an adult. Don’t let your kids get sucked in to this corrupt scam of a view of life. You all should be ashamed.

Not Enough Youth Sizes

I ordered a shirt for my son for his birthday and i ordered the largest youth size available which was a large. My son is a little bigger than some his age but the shirt i got is so small he cant wear it and their is not a larger youth size. I have emailed and recieved nothing. This is so disappointing. I think you should consider making a youth xlarge so that some of your bigger fans are able to wear your merch as well, i also would like a refund but since no one emails back im out of almost $40.00

Expensive for UK buyers. Not fair!

Although expensive, we love unspeakable and my son was so excited to receive merch coming from his personal warehouse which we have seen on some videos. Our first order came relatively quickly considering we are in the UK. Hefty shipping costs of course but to be expected. Took about 10 days.
However I ordered again beginning of December hoping to get in time for Christmas and still haven’t received. After emailing I was told one item out of stock and refunded for that item. Then told that they were in the process of moving out of the warehouse and that a larger shipping company would now take over all transactions instead of the independent one run by unspeakable and his family. This would apparently take time to get them to input all their inventory and so my order would be delayed.
Now today I get an card through my door telling me I have to pay another £22 if I want my parcel from Royal Mail. I understand there are customs charges but apparently it’s due to the shipping company inputting the items as a gift instead of business so they don’t have to pay tax. Considering I’ve already paid £30 for delivery that’s over £50 spent just to get a kids hoody and a plastic ball sent over. Altogether cost me £130!!! It’s ridiculous!
Only response in email I got was “it stated in our terms that there can be extra charges”

I’ve already messaged unspeakable on Twitter before and asked him to sort out a more convenient way for his UK fans to purchase. He has a big following here and it’s not fair for us to have to pay more. He earns enough money so surely can set up a UK based warehouse!
I also spent more this time as he was giving away hand signed photos when spending over a certain amount which my son is desperate for. When I asked about this in email I was told that it’s not doable now because of the new shipping company.
If you don’t want to disappoint your fans and customers. Stick with the personal touch and send from your own warehouse rather than using corporate companies. They don’t care about your following and therefore will make many mistakes. This being one of them!

UK BASED DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS…

UK BASED DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Had to submit one star to enter a review however I would NOT recommend this website I ordered 3 items that had cost £75 then had to pay over £70 for delivery to then get a letter from parcelforce to inform me I had more delivery charges to pay a further £25 so I paid it and when my delivery came I got a £8.50 flyer when I had ordered a teddy a squishy and a sword my delivery came addressed to me however a delivery slip Inside the bag addressed to someone else who lived in america, I live in the England. I have tried to contact them and they are ignoring my emails!! I am absolutely mortified that I have been scammed out of almost £200! I am now looking at my rights and what I can do about this.
