Bought a pair of beautiful boots. In my excitement I missed the recommendation to order one size smaller than normal for these particular boots. After an email to customer care they swiftly sorted it out and sent me the correct size. Can't go wrong with free express shipping, free returns and a very friendly, helpful and fast customer support. Oh, and beautiful quality products!

Excecptional customer service and products, Ordered shoes and received international delivery within three days, Loved the shoes and quality but the style was not compatible with my feet, returned the shoes and received full refund within three days!

Passionate for handmade Italian shoes, discovered Untamed Street by coincidence and decided to purchase a pair.
After a look that pair became immediately 4!
3 pair for me (2 chukka boots and a Derby) and 1 boot for my wife.
What can I say? Fantastic handcrafting, design even better live compared to the website, you clearly see the differences between one foot and the other showing how unique every single pair is.
On top, my wife boots were too small and the return service brought me the new pair home in 5 days! (England-Italy)
I just started to use it and I already love it.

I've had my boots for about a year now. They just keep getting better. This is the best 400 bucks I ever spent.

My new boots are brilliant and the customer service is 1st class.

I was looking for a nice pair of semi-casual men’s “shoes” shoes , something kinda traditional and laid back at the same time , I just received a pair of curzon shoes from their “last pair” selection. Lovely details and stitching on uppers and traditional Blake stitch leather soles. Plenty of room in them also , recommend going down a 1/2 size. These are my third pair of shoes from untamed street and I just love the quality of their shoes and excellent service.

I might also add that they’ve conveniently sorted out all the export duty stuff into the EU so no surprise extra charges, what you pay on their site is what you pay in full .

Awesome boots and an equally incredible company. There was delay in receiving my shipment (the courier’s fault), but the support I received from Untamed Street was lighting fast and super helpful. And the boots? Outstanding!

This has been my most disappointing online shopping experience ever.

I first bought the brown ashton boots, there was a small damage to one of the boots, for which I received a discount to compensate.

Because I liked the model so much, I also ordered the black leather version. Of these, one shoe was badly damaged, with a piece of broken leather just at the point where the shoe continually creases. It was suggested to have a new pair made of less aged leather. Ok for me, but because it took a very long time for this to be sent, I contacted them again after waiting six weeks. I was promised that the shoes would be sent immediately. Fourteen days later, it still hadn't been delivered. When asked, it was said that those shoes specially made for me had been lost at DHL. They sent me another pair. I was very surprised when I saw that there were two large scratches on one of those shoes.
I eventually got my money back. The store is apparently unable to deliver an undamaged pair and to my surprise they are at peace with that.

All I wanted was a pair of shoes as displayed on their website. It seems that there is something wrong with their selection criteria. After receiving three pair of damaged shoes, I think they deliberately send damaged goods, negotiate with the customer, and that way still make money on goods that should never be sold by a seller with the right high quality standards you'd expect from a company that sells 400 euro shoes.

Additional comment: in their response they emphasize the stonewashing proces and they suggest I have a problem with that. I don´t. I have a problem with scratches, or with parts made of inferior leather. In every pair I received there was one perfect shoe, showing what is possible, but they never managed to send me two shoes of the same standard. Amen.

Such a wonderful experience! These boots are absolutely gorgeous, extremely comfortable and well-made down to every last detail. Shipping to Sweden was fast and Customer service friendly!

Bought the ASTON EDGE urban-black laceless ankle boots for my husband as a gift.

The shoes are beautiful quality and well designed, delivery was really quick.

Customer service is excellent. I had a query about the 10% first order discount and this was dealt with by Lucy straight away.

The boots I bought are a thing of beauty .I picture a lovely Italian village where the Artisan Boot maker lives on a hill overlooking the village and when he completes a pair he brings them down to the village square where the church bell is rung in celebration of his work.

I bought several items and all of them are wonderfully crafted and designed.

The reason for this new review is that, upon receiving my last pair, they had a little damage, and I realized after wearing them for the first time.

The customer service replied within minutes, and provided me with different solutions.

They're not only one of the best shoe brands out there, but their customer support is the best out of any company I've been a client of. Kudos.

Superb Service

Bought a pair of £350 boots from them. On a walk home, I managed to slightly scuff the top of one of them.

I contacted their customer service asking what would be the best product to buy to repair them…their response? Please send them back to us and we will fix them totally free of charge!

Find me another shoe manufacturer that will do that.

My only concern was their ‘legitness’ and it turns out they are indeed more than legit. Their products are out of this world: best quality of shoes and best quality of customer services u will ever come across. I purchased my shoes online from UAE in Sharjah Emirates on May 24, 2023 and by morning of May 26, 2023, DHL had the item delivered to me just as I ordered it. When you have the shoe in front of you, that’s when you begin to experience the fullest glory of their quality products. They are the ‘bestest’ shoe dealers.

Just ordered a pair of Aston Edge yesterday and arrived this morning 7.45am, they look and feel fantastic, you can tell alot about people by the footwear, these look the part, and I'd buy these everything over your designer high street fashion factory made rubbish, they will last as well, only thing I'd say is the size chart I don't think is 100% accurate as I'm a 43 but the size chart says maybe 42 size 8....luckily I stayed with the 43, It maybe I have a high instep so need larger.
Anyway if you like them buy them, 100% worth it.

High quality shoes- fine leather and excellent craftsmanship. Top notch customer service. I have 7 pairs of shoes from Untamed Street :) love them!
