Absolute great customer service. Abbi was very helpful with an issue that occurred on our own end. She was quick to respond, made sure everything was in order to sent out a new shipment and communicated clearly. Very pleased with the service - nonetheless great quality shoes!

I have bought around seven or eight pairs of shoes from Untamed Street in the last couple of years. The quality is really fantastic - beautifully treated leather and stylish designs. Every pair has been commented on my friends.

As a UK size 13, I am also delighted that they have such an extensive range for us gents with larger trotters.

However, what has kept me coming back is the customer service and after care. I've had a few questions and the follow-up is always prompt and comprehensive.

Great company. Easy to order. Boots arrived very quickly. The quality of the boots is outstanding. I have finally found a product my husband loves. My last order had to be returned as they were too big. Emailed Abbi who sent me the returns slip immediately. She also ordered my replacement boots (smaller size) straight away. First I Love my new Boot they fit great.
Now the first pair got lost by the delivery company. Work with the team at UNTAMED STREET and the delivery company, UNTAMED STREET set out a new pair to replace the lost pair. To be clear I did provide to wrong address by mistake however the delivery delivered the boots to an unknown location neither I nor the delivery service was able to locate the boots.
The resolution to this was quick all in all the turnaround boots in hand a week or so.
I am very pleased and thankful to the team at UNTAMED STREET for all their help.

I hesitated for about 1 year. Buying boots on-line without the oppty to try them on and that price tag! I decided to pull the trigger this holiday season and I couldn’t be happier. I had to make two returns because the boots were too big(I usually wear 42 in EU size) but when I finally got the right size(40)…man they fit like a perfect old pair of of gloves or a well worn sneakers. They are gorgeous, shiny, soft and made well. I really can’t wait to let it rip on the streets. The customer service - email/phone was also super - they made the exchange process very easy. I look forward to buying the next pair!

Treated myself to a lovely pair of these boots - so pleased I did as they really are as good as they look. They are very well made, extremely comfortable and hopefully long lasting. Also great communication from the company as to when to expect the boots and delivery etc.

Excellent shoe maker!!! I have ordered chukkas from them as well as boots and they are truly perfect. Very comfortable, high quality leather, beautiful craftsmanship. Totally recommended. I will be their customer long term now.

My delivery date was 27th November I asked if I could receive my boots for the 23rd they managed to get them to me on the 21st.

I bought these boots a month ago and I really can't fault them. Incredibly stylish and have now worn in to be super comfortable. They are pricey but worth it. Will buy another pair in a different style.

I've had my eye on the Exeter for some time and was reluctant to purchase a pair online because of the price point. Thankfully, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality, look, and fit. And. My boot arrived in less than a week. I'm all about the quality, sophistication, and edge. A lovely boot.

After weeks of hesitation (Untamed Street shoes are not cheap, after all), I finally decided to order a pair of black Hove Boots.
What can I say. My expectations were already high, but -honestly- when I saw the boots for real, they instantly exceeded them. So beautiful! And they fit so well! Just wow.
