I love my book but wish I had been more careful in proofing…I did mine on an iPad and think it would have been easier on a computer as it was hard for me to make corrections. This is the best present ever and every parent or grandparent should do it for their kids..in retrospect I should have used more pictures of them in my book. Is there any way to continually see a copy on the internet?

I loved the process of creating my Untold Story.
The music selection part was brilliant because it made me dive into a world of music I had forgotten for each stage of my life. I stopped to think about what each song meant to me and it brought back so many memories! I knew the experience would unearth a rollercoaster of family history and it gave me important time to reflect on where I came from and what made me the person I am today. Mapping out the different chapters of my life made me stop to appreciate special moments and also acknowledge the tough times. Thanks to Jack’s friendly and easy-going approach, I felt at ease and it was a really fun discussion. I would recommend this as a gift for any loved ones.

Untold Lifestory is one of the most amazing experiences I have ever been given. I recorded my story with Jack and Alan just before my 30th birthday and what a treat it has been to listen to my own nostalgic moments of my life thus far but also share this unique content with loved ones (who also thoroughly enjoyed). An extremely professional and easy process from start to finish, the team at Untold are extremely professional and personable. Could not recommend more and excited to gift this to my loved ones over the coming year! Great work and thank you for such a special artefact I will treasure for the rest of my days x

I thoroughly enjoyed the Untold process! Thinking about my life if that detail is something I'd never done before and speaking to the researchers was a comfortable and fascinating experience. I don't normally post reviews but I was so happy with how this turned out. The professional recording equipment was a lovely touch which made my voice sound so clear in the end!

This was a very slick and professional service. The idea behind the product is great and it fills a gap in the market that has turned into something of a chasm in recent years with the advent of social media and the loss of physical heirlooms. The service I experienced through the whole process was exceptional- Untold, naturally, can end up dealing with some quite personal topics but I have been very impressed with how they handled it. Having purchased this for my grandparents I can only say the whole experience was fantastic. They told me it felt amazing re-living their lives and made them reminisce together of times gone by. What the team produced was fantastic and is something really special we can listen to for many years to come.
