I ordered a safety shoes, but unfortunately it was small for me, I contacted customer service replying to me less than 12 hours and they will send me again a new one, Great customer service to be honest, shipping took time, but free can’t complain.

The shoes I ordered are great. Exactly what I imagen them to be. They are a bit smaller than my usual shoe size, so sizing up is definitely useful.
The only negativ thing I can say is the longer delivery time. I wasn't expecting the delicvery to take almost 2 weeks.

I needed to exchange my shoes for a smaller size and was worried about the returns timeframe and whether I'd be able to return the shoes on time to avoid any extra costs and/or being stuck with a product that was not useful to me and losing the price i paid.
Then I was amazed to be told that I was being sent a replacement size without needing to send the wrong size back... so that: " a friend could also benefit" ! ...

Really impressed with the safety trainers. I'm on my feet all day in work, these are some one comfiest safety footwear I've ever worn.
Spoke to customer service and they where very prompt in replying and answering my questions.
