Excellent

What a great service from the start:

1. Will answered the phone straight away, no answerphone hassle
2. Will was completely helpful, professional and friendly from the get go.
3. Got to me quickly and kept me completely updated.
4. Did an excellent job replacing the flushing mechanism on my upstairs loo.
5. Very reasonably priced.

This was the kind of excellent service we used to get in this country that unfortunately is very rare to find. I would strongly recommend Will to carry out your work.
