I am extremely disappointed to find…

I am extremely disappointed to find that I was charged by UpAiry for the Tummy Gummies subscription, which were initially auto-added to my 1st order for free but it was not clear at that time that this is a subscription.
As soon as I received order confirmation email, I checked and then sent multiple emails for order cancellation and to refund the charged amount, but no response received from UpAiry

Not recommended at all, pathetic experience and zero customer support.

Size chart not accurate

Order size L, because the size says 17kg to 22lg. My child's 17kg and the size does not fit at all, theyre way too tight. Customer service eventually replied and was helpful sending a replacement, which I eventually got and the 25kg to 32kg size XL did not fit a 17kg 2 year old! Definitely unhappy wasting all this time and money one something that does not fit anywhere near close to the size thats being advertised, toilet training pants are bit useless if they cant fit a child that's just turned 2. Don't recommend.

I am so happy with the product

I am so happy with the product. The use of UpAiry training pants has made such a difference in my grandson’s journey. I recently made a second purchase and accidentally ordered the wrong size. Customer service helped me correct the mistake and got my order out right away! Great company, product, and customer service.

Waste of money

Waste of money, look elsewhere. Sold a lie that these pants are leak proof. I know they aren’t supposed to be treated like nappies, however as soon as my girls wee in them they leak over whatever they are wearing or even furniture. Very poor purchase!

Be cautious as they automatically enroll customers in a subscription without their knowledge and charge their accounts

Be cautious when ordering through UpAiry’s website. I was unknowingly enrolled in a monthly gummies subscription and charged without my authorization. I only became aware of the subscription after noticing an unexpected payment deducted from my account. When I contacted UpAiry, they acknowledged the issue and assured me that a full refund would be processed within 10 days. However, it has now been over a month, and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered.

Got a so called “free gift” when buying potty trainer pants.

Little did they say, that the “gift” was a monthy subscription that I have somehow committed my self to. How that is legal I cannot understand…

Wouldn’t recommend buying anything from there..!

Upairy training pants for nighttime- disappointed

My son is nearly 5 and fully toilet trained during the say. I purchased upairy training pants to assist with night time potty training. I also purchased the upairy training pants and the protective mat that sits over the bedsheet/mattress. I also moved the potty into the bedroom at night. I also followed all the guidance in the ebook, followed all instructions. However after 3 weeks my son is still waking up in soaking wet upairy training underwear, even when i double up the extra absorbency pads which I purchased as well. The fit around the legs and waist is secure, so that’s not the problem. He is even developing a rash on his bum due to the overnight wetness. Because of this I now need to stop using the upairy pants to get his rash under control. I would also like to provide feedback that the protective bed mat is not large enough for a child that tosses and turns in their sleep. It is not long or wide enough to be tucked into the sides of a standard single bed mattress. Therefore when he moves during the night, the mat often moves out of place. While it may not have been 75 days yet, I have to stop using these now due to the rash they are creating and I feel like my money has been wasted, as he will soon outgrow the size of the pants and I’ll be unable to use them again. Disappointed and feeling like the upairy pants are not suitable for nighttime training in my opinion and experience.

Training pants are poor

Training pants are poor, false adverts and claims about their training pants compared to others. When initiating a return/refund the communication is almost every 3-5 days and when they agree to refund this never comes through. Luckily, I have got PayPal to step in to recover my loss.

They Really Work as Advertised!

My 4 year old would refuse to use the potty. Absolutely throw fits over it and refuse to even wear underpants. She turned 4 in March, it was very crucial that we had her fully potty trained by August or she would not be able to start preschool. I'll be honest, I've heard of training pants like this before and thought they were a gimmick so I ignored the claims and ads. I resorted to training her like I trained my first two girls, which worked out well for them and they learned quickly. It was NOT the same with her. She could not stand the thought of using the potty or wearing underwear. Finally, I watched a full review on these Upairy training pants and they claimed that even stubborn 4 year olds like mine could learn good potty habits and see results within a month.....given her older age. I didn't believe it for a second but I was desperate at this point. It was nearing end of June and she still had showed no progress, so I gave in and bought the Upairys. That was the very end of June or maybe even the beginning of July but here we are, August 25th, and today was her first day of school because she was able to go because she is now pretty much FULLY POTTY TRAINED. Only a few accidents (as expected) here and there. She did great at school and she's been doing great at home and I didn't notice a difference until she started using Upairy! I will recommend them to any parent having a hard time potty training! In my case, they did exactly as they advertised.....right down to the time frame for the age of the child!

Watch out for surprise subscription tummy gummies when you order!

I bought some of the underpants from this company after seeing ads on Facebook and reading the rave reviews. I'm now wondering if those reviewers had the same underpants as my son is no closer to being potty trained than he was before he started using them. They leak like regular underwear, even after washing them (no idea what that reviewer was on about when she said you have to wash them to activate them). They leak onto other clothes, onto the sofa, and into puddles on the floor. Useless. It's hard to take them off when they are full of pee, and if the pee hasn't soaked in then it will drip out on the floor. It's even harder when it's a poop, as my son is a wriggler and sometimes the poop gets everywhere as a result. Aside from that, they very sneakily add on a tummy gummies to orders if you order 10 pairs, and this is a subscription that costs £31 a month! Imagine my surprise when I got billed for this a month after ordering the underwear! You have to jump through hoops and click multiple links on the website to get the subscription cancelled, too. And they add it on to every order, so I had to cancel two subscriptions. I find this sort of practice really unsavoury, and a result, I wanted to write a review to warn other parents about the issue.

Was kept up to date with delivery, delivered promptly by Evri in the UK, can't wait to try these!

I was kept up to date from emails about the status of my delivery and it was delivered by Evri. I'm in the UK and had heard about this brand for a while through Facebook ads so when it was time to try my little one in more grown up pants they were the first brand that came to mind. Can't wait for my little boy to try them out.
