Expensive and isn’t actually leak proof. Waste of money

Great service and I really appreciate how helpful they are! I think it’s a good product however, pee still leaks and you have to buy their extra pads, which I think it’s a little bit unfair? It makes you spend more than just be satisfied with the underwears. I hope they improve this. Overall, their customer service is great and I like the designs of the undies. Also, it does help with wet awareness for toddlers.

The training underwear they sell are falsely advertised
They say they’re leak proof but are not. They do allow a mess to happen so you’re better off just not putting any underpants on your potty training kid at all.

The customer support is great! They immediately replied to my emails and provided all help I asked for. The potty training pants work like magic! My grandson is only 18 months old but diapers free! Thank you, UpAiry!

I had such a great experience with Upairy potty training pull-ups! My daughter didn’t quite fit the original size because of her little chunky thighs (lol), but their customer service was truly amazing.

After I reached out, they responded quickly and even followed up with me to see how they could help. They offered to send inserts and also exchange the pull-ups for a bigger size so my daughter could have a better fit. That level of care and attention really meant a lot.

It’s rare to find customer service that’s this helpful and thoughtful. I’m so excited for my daughter to keep using them as she continues her potty training journey. Highly recommend!

Took longer than expected to be delivered. Flooding me with emails. When the product finally arrived, it was nothing as advertised! It certainly leaks through. No difference between these and random underwear for my little one. I should have read the reviews 1st. Total waste of money.

I ordered these to help me potty train my 18 month old son. I read the website so many times to make sure I was understanding this product and how it works before buying. I had high hopes that it would help my son understand going potty in the toilet but instead he just flat out doesn’t care about the wet feeling at all. This product isn’t at fault for me and my son still kinda struggling with potty training. They felt like nice quality and they do what the website says they’re supposed to do. I love the look of them, how comfortable they seem on my son, and how you can choose different styles you want to buy. Overall seems like a great product but it doesn’t seem to help my son since he doesn’t care when he feels wet. Not sure I would buy again though since it doesn’t seem to be helping us.

After receiving UpAiry product, potty training has gone from 0-10; we are now using the potty a lot more and are having fewer accidents compared to disposable store bought pull ups that from our experience has prolonged potty training.

After ordering I had some questions which were answered straight away. Shipping was timely and tracking available at all times.

I had questions about size and the support person was fabulous. Lots of help in detail and able to accommodate my request for one pair of the pants in a larger size to be sent for comparison.

I bought the right size for my 2 year old daughter but we had some issues with urine soaking through her training pants. I reached out to UpAiry about this issue and not only did they respond promptly but they also offered to help accommodate us in order to see if we can make this product work for us. They go above and beyond with their customer service! I will update my review later when we’ve tried the extra steps/products with the training pants to let you guys know if it fixes the problem we had.

This is the worst support I have ever seen. My FB feed was bombarded with several of their fake accounts that recommended UpAiry products. When I placed the order, my address was picked up from my PayPal account. I've contacted their customer service as soon as I saw an email confirming the order. The order was delivered to the wrong address 7 days later and now they are not answering any emails and messages.

Tried to buy from them a second time as the product is good ... When it arrives....but instead I've been charged twice with no delivery and I can't even contact them as I think the email is offline. At best they're committing fraud with their ineptitude, at worst they're just plain thieves!

I think this is a great product! It only took three days for her to realize that the wet sensation was linked to peeing and she was doing great letting us know when she peed.

I tested with a measuring cup and it was able to contain about 1/4c of water. However it does leak out tremendously when wearing the underwear since she empties her whole baldder. The absorbency would be helpful if she were peeing a little and was able to hold it until she got to a toilet.

My daughter is 27 months and 32lb. We went against the recommended size according to age and weight because she does have chunkier thighs. We sized up to a large but they were still too small. They caused chafing and indentation on her inner thighs.

I contacted customer service and they were very helpful! Replied promptly and initiated a replacement. So pleased with how kind they were and how easy it was to rectify the issue. I can't wait to try the XL.

1. These are NOT leak proof. I got the biggest soze for my petite 4 year old and there were leaks straight away.
2. The shipping took a VERY long time. I can get cheap tat shipped from Asia than from a company thats in the same continent as me? It took TWO WEEKS!
3. They did not send via the courier i paid and asked for (i paid for royal mail 48 hr. It was sent by a completely different courier)
4. Whislt they did respond in a nice and timely manner to my emails- I did feel very dismissed. I enquired about the shipping time and courier and they simply said "its on its way" and "we ship via various couriers". I wasnt happy about paying for royal mail when I didnt recieve from royal mail. I chose royal mail at checkout intentionally.
5. These were expensive for something that doesnt work. And you need to try them to know they dont work so you can't exactly return them...

All in all a bad experience.

Customer service is AMAZING! The size we got was a little too big for a comfy fit and customer service made our exchange so easy!

We had ordered 12 pairs of the underwear for my one year old to start the potty training process. The first day we had a bad experience with these underwear as every single accident had still resulted in a leak. Upon reaching out to the amazing customer service they had gave me the recommendation to turn the underwear around since my child is a boy as well as they offered to send me a few of the extra inserts to assist to prevent the leaks. I would highly recommend this company!
