We purchased our composite decking from this company in Newmarket ,March 2025, was fitted by end of April 2025 and the colour of it faded within 4-6 weeks .
We bought a grey decking with black groves, and now is all very light grey ..completely different to the color we bought .
After several email they decided to come for inspection, first they took decision by looking at photos, and even though we have plenty leftover and showed the thr massive difference, they said is normal to fade like this .
No sir , not within 2 months after installation.
My neighbours decking hasn't faded in 3 years .
Your product is not up to standard, u wipe it with a cloth and the colour comes off .
Massive ripp off , will continue to fight through Ombudsman to get our money back .
Avoid their products !!!!

Purchased some guttering and fittings at Ipswich branch which were delivered as promised. The company was recommended by my roofer.

Due to my hopelessness and complete inability to remove the old gutter brackets (I don’t possess an impact drill) together with a minor miscalculation of the gutter depth (which would have meant somehow re-siting two overflow pipes) I was unfortunately unable to fit the new gutters as desired.

Eliot in the Ipswich branch was absolutely brilliant and was able to arrange a collection and refund.

I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused, the guys in the store were all fantastic and on the basis of service I received II can highly recommend Thank you.

We ordered wall panels for our bathroom from them as the company we originally ordered from let us down. We needed replacements quick due to time constraints with our fitter so we gave UP Building Products a ring, placed the order and were lucky enough to get them delivered the same day! We had a problem with one panel that was delivered, gave them a ring and BOOM! Sorted instantly.
Helpful, friendly, reliable, great service, great products what more can I say, UP all the way!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Sheldon and Morgan, I went in a number of times to ask questions about fascia board and they went out of their way to provide samples and provide quotes. The company also picked up my returns at no extra cost and even gave me an hour window of when the driver would come 3 days in advance, brilliant! Would highly recommend.

Communication was fantastic. Sheldon and Scott were helpful and professional making my purchase easy. Competetive pricing. The delivery was easy and the drivers went the extra mile to ensure my goods were delivered exactly where I needed them. Maidenhead branch highly recommended. Thanks

After trawling around other building companies for some cladding, we thankfully came across the Maidenhead branch of UP. A great selection and display of cladding types and colours! Best of all, fantastic service from Morgan, Scott and Sheldon with good advice and a competitive price. Many thanks!

On my recent visit to the ipswich branch and purchasing some showerboards costing a total of £2,000 i asked if we could have trade prices and was told that you don't do trade ,which I have since found out that you do ,not very good is it unhappy customer, please look into this matter

outstanding products quality with friendly delivery driver

Went into the Enfield store to make a purchase. When entering you are greeted by a tall front desk with a computer screen which naturally you would expect transactions and interactions with the public to take place.
Behind this sat three people at computers one of them engaged and asked me “how can I help” and I began to tell him what I required, but felt frustrated at having to shout across my order because he, nor the other two people sat behind computer desks could be bothered to get up and engage face-to-face, and take my order, Instead he became frustrated and called me rude because I asked if he could not come to the front desk instead of me trying to hear what he is saying and shouting over my enquiry.
This “disillusionment “ of being rude was backed up by one of the other cells assistance there all because I asked a straight forward reasonable request !
What I find Rude is that I felt like I was an inconvenience to their relaxing afternoon.
This type of lazy service I find very distasteful, especially as their excuse is I am being rude for asking them to get up and engage instead of me struggling to hear and relay what I req.
I am 64 years old .
I would advise who ever is in charge of this establishment, and any others that have a similar layout to get the staff to welcome the customer in the store properly and take their order face-to-face, not at arm’s-length, as in this particular branch!

brilliant service from start to finish, nothing to much for these guys, friendly, efficient and they know their stuff!
