Carol is so sweet, humble & very ,very nice!! She made sure that everything was done when I moved n. Her customer service is on point!!!! She is awesome!!

The Management Team has been super helpful with the entire move in experience. They have gone above and beyond any apartment team I have ever been around. I travel all over the US for special projects, so trust me... that says a lot.
Normally I do not toss names out, but Patrick, Rob, Freddy and maintenance team were especially kind, considerate and helpful meeting and exceeding my expectations. Its almost like you moved into a hotel.

Updater didn’t get everything done that it said it would. I filled out all the paperwork to forward my mail and guess what? A week later and I still have no forwarded mail. But I did like having all the phone numbers for utilities in one place!

Kimber and Anthony are so helpful. So quiet and clean and very homey apartments. So glad we went with Cypress View Villa.

Actual leasing office transaction was very simple/easy. I wish there was a walk through with the leasing office so they could hear my concerns/give us a run down of how things operate. But, overall apt was clean and in working condition.

First and foremost I am huge on communication. My encounter with Lynsey from day one has been a breeze! If something needed to be updated on our application, a delivery, an issue with setting something she was very responsive and helpful. Remember moving in to an established area things aren’t always brand new, but they are very well maintained. I gave it a couple weeks to see how we settled in and if the “things” would show their true colors once we moved in, it’s remained a quiet place, and perfect place right off the highway and maintenance request are resolved in a timely manner.

Very easy to use and straight forward. The whole process was a breeze.

Everything is setup well, simple to understand where everything on the premises is and what to follow, and a lovely space of your own to call home.

I'm so happy a friend recommended I viewed 8800 Lakeside. My great experience started from the day I came to inquire about availability. Blanca greeted me and was an amazing help. She gave me a tour in January and I informed her of my ideal move in time would be March. During the tour she explained everything to me. We wrapped things up and long story short I moved in 3/23. Blanca was an amazing help with guiding me through the entire process. Overall I am extremely pleased with the move. The community is quiet, clean and peaceful.

This was the first time ive ever used the Updater or gone thru this process. Lakeside Terraces and the updater made this process easy to transfer, start, and stop service and also to note and remember everything we possibly needed. I loved the step by step notification and the reminders! Saved me from a lot of back and forth.

All I can say is that the staffing is immaculate.. They are so helpful and kind ... The service, how clean the facility, how easy it was to fill out documents.. I mean everything.. I will highly recommend them.
