I want to cancel my subscription but I can’t find any cancel button on my account page at all.
How can I cancel my subscription? I already emailed about this issue.

It's a software with a good user experience for syncing and highlighting that make it unbelievable that it doesn't have the simple functionality of custom highlight color (a feature that exists only in the Windows version)

I subscribed under order number 802411100452488132, but it remains inactive. I hope to resolve this issue.

Great Adobe alternative. Are you tired of Adobe fleecing you down? This is a great alternative. It does almost everything Adobe can and will save you money. For the developer, one nit-picky thing... when scrolling through multi-page document, when it gets to the end of the page, it waits, then jumps to the next page... it sure would be nice to show a continuous scroll to the next page with a gap in between instead of the sudden jump to the next page. This would make the user experience much more fluid.

In using this application, it is a bettter than my previous software. UPDF is the perfect solution to my everyday needs. Very awesome aplication.The price is reasonable, with its vast features.

I am delighted with my recent perpetual licence for this application. Although I had previously used Adobe, this application runs well, exports documents accurately, and does everything I was using Adobe for, albeit significantly cheaper.

I've been using UPDF for a couple of weeks now, and it runs a LOT faster on my computer than Acrobat ever has. Documents are quick to open and to start manipulating, and it's much cheaper than Adobe too.

Great program, it makes editing PDF files very easy, but you can still work very professionally with this software. Especially as a freelancer or as a student, as the integration with MS Office works great (Word and Excel to PDF).
I'd be happy to use it again!

I was delighted to buy this product because they advertised that I could install it on all my devices and it would do everything I needed. However, after I tried to install it on my four pcs and three macs, they said I could only have 3 installations (may be four? -- at any rate, fewer than I needed). OK. I absorbed that disappointment.

Then every time I used the app, it wanted me to log in and it wanted to update, annoyingly frequently. I contacted them a few times about problems, and did get answers.

One feature that I really needed to work, and which is not the least bit controversial, is that I needed to be able to drag a selection rectangle for copying from a pdf. Nope, that isn't possible. So I couldn't copy a table that's 2cm tall and 10cm wide, no matter what. Their default copy box should be all anyone needs. When I asked them to fix this, they said that it wasn't important enough to put onto their bug list.

So I reluctantly returned to Acrobat Reader.

Your response below doesn't say that I can run my license on four PCs or three PCs and a Mac. It says two PCs and two mobiles, not FOUR devices of my choice!

I need to be able to copy a table as an image, SHAPED LIKE THE TABLE I NEED TO COPY, NOT shaped like a full page or the one shape that the developer assumed would be good for everything! My copied table will be inserted between paragraphs of my own text. Should my text say something like, "please see the fourth table in the imag3e below and ignore the other stuff that my tool was unable to eliminate." ? That isn't acceptable in any professional setting.

If a tool has to be babied, is too rigid to allow your use cases, too slow to be used for reference work, and can't do the ordinary jobs that similar tools can do, maybe it would be a disservice to others to recommend it.

In fact, I have been searching for this program for a long time because it makes editing PDF files easier and more wonderful because it has many tools that help in that, in addition to the amazing AI tools that are in this truly awesome program. A big salute to those in charge of this wonderful work.

I have been using UPDF for almost more than one month and it has replaced the adobe from my laptop. It is very convenient and has almost all the options which i need for my education. I highly recommend this software.

Great app! It's way less of a resource hog than Adobe. It's versatile and useful for most, if not all, of your PDF needs. I use it for business when I need light and nimble work. Also, updates are nonintrusive (don't require rebooting your entire system for any updates).

Adobe seemed to be the "king" of PDF but I didn't want to pay a monthly fee to edit and annotate PDF documents so I searched for options. I tried a few "freemium" products and the good ones moved to subscription so another search was on. Then, UPDF showed up in my search and I decided to give it a go. And, I'm glad I did...it just keeps getting better and better with great annotation and markup tools, which is what I need for my work. The addition of redaction just added even more value. It's a great product and I'm glad I have it in my toolbelt!
