Got script/ med certificate quickly.

Was able to rest without leaving the house to go to my GP. Very convenient and prompt service

Easy to get medical certificates and Persciption refills. Everyone is time poor and it can be extremely difficult to get an appointment with a dr when you need it especially in Sydney.

Quick and reduced traffic flow for in person appointments

It was easy to arrange consultation and the process was good.
I needed a second certificate as I was still unwell. I sent a message to the phone number that had been used the first time but didn’t get a response. I then paid for another consultation (which was also simple and easy)
The next day I received an email with a link to request further consultation but I had already paid and got my certificate the day before.
Otherwise a great service

Getting a doctor appointment was proving difficult. I only needed a script refill. I signed up, booked a same day call and after supplying all the required info (pic of my medicine) only had to wait a little while to chat with the doctor and was sent an e-script. Painless and no waiting at the clinic!

Same day appointments

Updoc is a great service. I received diagnosis and treatment without delay. Script was sent to my phone. The entire process was extremely prompt and convenient.

The service is available when you need it. It's impossible to get into a local GP these days and you don't know when you are going to get sick so cannot book in advance.

Efficient service fast and such a positive experience, I have used Updoc more than once and will continue to do so

Easy to navigate website, efficient service, competent and understanding doctors.

Sometimes it’s hard to book into a doctor at last minute when you need it. Also can be very expensive for a short consultation. Updoc makes it much easier.

Great doctors. They are caring, write consultation summary letters, and call within a reasonable time frame.

Poor admin. They can take days to reply to emails which is highly irresponsible for a medical service. Emails should be replied to immediately in case a patient did not receive the script that they need as a matter of urgency within hours.

So I find Updoc accessible to the point that if you can’t get to the normal GP. Updoc is there for when I need a certificate. Or questions answered.
