Bot-run and useless

I had a consult with Updoc to get a blood pathology form (this was to have an extensive blood panel and fertility testing done). After the call, I checked the form and they only put the fertility testing on there and nothing else. This was extremely annoying because I was actually only doing the fertility testing since I was getting the blood work done. My primary concern was actually the general bloodwork. I emailed them and they resent the correct one. The only prep note was that I needed to fast. When I got to the blood clinic (after the took my blood), the pathologist mentioned fertility testing needs to be done on days 2-4 of my menstrual cycle. Neither doctor told me this, and the results are therefore going to be absolutely useless to me. I sent an email complaining about this and they keep sending an automatic bot-generated message saying to click the link and apply for a free consult. I’ve done this multiple times (as every time I email them I keep getting the same thing), and it’s not working.
I’ve tried everything and they are unreachable and no sign of an actual person that works there. I also haven’t gotten any notice that my results are in. My partner had blood work done on the same day and received his results over a week ago.
I used them as I thought it would be convenient but it’s been EVERYTHING BUT. Do not use this service, it’s pathetic

I was able to get an appointment the day I needed.

I was able to get an appointment the same day. I could upload documentation and share my medical history and symptoms before speaking with the doctor, so he had an idea before our appointment what the issue was.
He knew exactly what I was talking about, and was co docent in the treatment and ultrasound investigation I required.
