We can’t thank the UpEstates team enough for their support over the past year. It’s been a long and sometimes challenging journey, but throughout both our sale and purchase the whole team were outstanding.
A special mention to Jade for managing our sale, Aliya for guiding us through the purchase, and Emily for successfully closing out both the sale and purchase negotiations. Everyone was professional, proactive, friendly and genuinely supportive from start to finish. After working together for such a long period, it really felt like dealing with people who cared about getting the best outcome for us.

We had a great experience in selling our house with UpEstates Coventry. The house went on the market on 1st July and by 3rd of July we had an offer which we accepted. Charlotte was our initial point of contact, then Aliyah and Emily they were very friendly and professional. Overall we had very good service. However, we found it a bit confusing that we dealt with different people as the sale progressed. When we wanted to ask a question, we weren’t always sure who to address it to.
We paid (a lot) extra to have the company do the viewings but were asked at one point to do it ourselves, and it felt implied that if we didn’t, then exchange of contracts may have been delayed. As I was unable to do the viewing, I was then asked to go to the house beforehand to unlock the shed and garage and open up the loft to make things quicker. I felt that this was out of order.

I tried to sell my house through two different agencies for a year without any results. After starting cooperation with Up, the house was sold within a week. I highly recommend them. Nice service and good communication. Miss Aliya is always helpful

Having never been a landlord before I decided to use Up Estates to manage the whole process and also the ongoing management and I have got to say they have done a magnificent job from start to finish, the whole process has gone really smoothly.

Emily Norbury, was the person we liaised with and she was extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale of our property, always on hand if we had any queries.

Dealt with Up Estates as they were agents for a property we were interested in, and we decided to use them for our own sale. They have provided a great service, especially from Jade and Aliya. Very friendly while also being really efficient, and have kept us fully informed throughout the process.
We'd recommend Up Estates to anyone thinking of putting their home on the market.

My only one criticism which is not negative but more constructive, when agents are doing viewings please ensure they are familiar with all things to do with the property to ensure a good viewing experience for potential buyers.
