I had an issue with an album I was making and asked for help. It was quickly given and made all the difference to my finished product. The customer support was fantastic and my album when I received it was exactly what I wanted. Can't praise this service highly enough!

What a splendid company. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and always went the "extra mile".
I contacted them at very short notice to see if they could manage a "rush job" (a last minute photobook to celebrate a friend's wedding anniversary)
The timescale seemed almost impossible but they came through and kept us informed of progress all the way through.
In fact exceeded even their initial target. In all a wonderful result.

I've just received my latest Photobook (my fifth over as many years) and am delighted with it. I started putting old family photos on the first two books, as many were on slides, prints, up in the Cloud. Now we have a great record to pass on to our children. My latest is a record of our 2025 - just happy memories of people met and places visited. I find it fun to put together, once I get my head around the software again. (I had to get help from Ian at their office this time, who was friendly and patient - I'm in my 80s!) I can't understand how my modest-quality photos come out so clear and professional looking!

Every year I send lousey photos to uPhotogifts and every year they return a super book with all my memories beautifully set out. THANK YOU

I had a few problems completing my order for a photo book but Ian at uphotogifts was brilliant at sorting out the issues. I have ordered a number of products in the past and always received excellent customer service . I will definitely be using uphotogifts again.

The software was really easy to use - I did everything from my phone uploading the photos really quickly. The quality of the print is also great - much better than I thought it would be!

I wrote a hasty 1 star review of uphotogifts. This was unfair and based on pressures brought on myself. Since then, I have completed and received two albums. The quality is superb and with a quick turnaround. Postage costs a little high and ut dies not seem possible to add more than one to an order to save postage costs.

Have made a photo book which has taken 4 days and many hours to complete, to be faced with the dreaded circle going round and round when trying to pay, even got up during the night to see if there was a chance that it had stopped…NO…now sat here waiting for a reply from them, oh and checked my broadband speed and it’s over 350mbps so not my problem

Have used this company for their A4 hardback photobooks for several years now and always been very pleased with the result. The editing software is flexible and intuitive. Their special offers are especially great value and the books always arrive promptly. Perfect for gifts and special memories. Highly recommended.

Always a professional service provided. Directions are easy to follow and value for money especially when having a voucher to redeem.

I had my first photobook done by Uphotogifts back in February and it was fine in terms of quality and good turn around in two weeks. However, they seem to have had major problems recently, which they told me was down to changing printers. I ordered three new photobooks in May and, in the first place, there were major delays. It was over a month before the first book came back and that was only after emailing them more than once to ask what was happening. When they arrived all 3 books were printed far two dark. I had reused some of the photos I used in the February book and they were also far too dark this time, despite having been fine when they were printed in the first book.

The company accepted that the printed book photos were too dark and promised replacements. I did finally get the replacements, but only after about a month and with weekly chasing up emails. Not only that, but this time the photo books were printed far too light.

I have now given up, as they seem to have significant problems with their printing and it is extremely frustrating. I might add that I am a professional standard photographer and the photos for the book were very carefully prepared in Photoshop. Uphotogifts obvious can do things right, judging by the original photobook they printed for me in February. I might add that they were helpful and polite in dealing with the problems, but unfortunately they don't seem to be able to deliver the goods at the moment. Perhaps the service will be improved when they sort out their 'printing problems'.
