Excellent communication when asking for help/ advice. Prompt service

Since the beginning of Lockdown in March 2020, I have made nine books with uPhotogifts and very pleased with all the results and the quality of the books, both the quality of the photographs and the binding. On just a few occasions when I needed some support, I found it easy to contact staff who were most helpful. Very pleased that special offers are regularly available.

Excellent products and easy to create your own photo albums. I love creating my own books with all my days out, holidays and family occasions.

I’ve had 3 hard back landscape albums from Uphotogifts over the last couple of years. It’s been a lovely way of keeping a record of my growing grandchildren. The albums are a really good quality and you can design them yourself with a good choice of backgrounds and sizes of the photos or you can choose to have it autofilled. You are also able to speak to someone if needed.

My photo books are brilliant i wouldn't use anyone else. What i like you can ring up if you get stuck - where can you do that these days. SO very helpful.

Excellent quality photo books, well produced and quick delivery.

This is the third book I have had from uPhotogifts. The service has always been excellent and the website easy to use once you have had some experience with it.
However, this book had a couple of pages where the colour rendition was a bit "off".
I do think that the books are good value.

Really pleased with my photobook. The better you are at setting up the pages the better the finished result. Always best to use high resolution photographs taken with a traditional camera. I have created four books with Uphotogifts and will continue to use this company as I have always been happy with the results.

I've put together a number of photobooks now ( from 20 to 120 pages) of past holidays etc . and all with UPhotogifts . The staff are all friendly and have been fantastic and really helpful when I've needed help or advice . I first tried UPhotogifts after a Travelzoo offer when I was interested to see the quality of the finished product . It is excellent , very professional looking , produced and delivered quickly and efficiently . The more books I do , the more I learn about what the software can do and what new things I can add to the 'productions' . The quality of taken photos can be enhanced easily and resized and reconfigured as required . The shape, size , and finished effect of the photobook is really good , I've been really pleased , and it's only limited by the limits of my own imagination and capabilities . Well done and many thanks to Chris and everyone there at U Photogifts , it's been great fun and well worth the effort ! Keep up the good work.

I've used Uphotogifts several times.
I think their photo books are ok, but it's as though they have a limited palette of colours. Their photographic copies are not as good as a photo I have made of the same image. A recent book they produced contained some images with gold on buildings highlighted by the sun – these were reproduced in a dull yellow!
I never request for them to "improve" the images. I did once and they ruined most of my photos by increasing the exposure in all the darker areas of the image with the result that the other areas were overexposed! This was not what I wanted. Shadows play an important role in my photos.
I find Uphotogifts photo books lacking in versatility and reproduction. In future I shall be looking for a product which is capable of a higher degree of accuracy in them.

Just received my latest photobook.
Once again I am impressed with the quality of the product that a geriatric like me was able to compile without too much trouble.
Perhaps I might now cope with even more masks, backgrounds & inserts?

Just completed our third photobook, with two more vouchers purchased we are enjoying the experience, especially the finished result! Very easy to compile with the different features provided. Great service, certainly would recommend.
