Very quick response and helpful solution when dealing with customer service

I emailed Uppbeat with a question about my subscription and they got back to me within a few hours, and had resolved it entirely. The comms were clear and friendly, and they'd gone out of my way to help me.

I love Uppbeat.
It's a great music platform with a library full of different styles, themes and a ton of great sound effects.
I used it to score my short film, where 95 % of all the audio in it is from Uppbeat (as we didn't record external audio).
The website is really easy to use and you also get good recommendations of songs if there is a particular song you liked.

I was working on a project with a short deadline and needed a set of touch-screen feedback sounds as part of the video. I don't recall my original search criteria but landed on their set of "glitch" sounds, several of which were perfect for the audible component of was being animated on screen. It feels like the preview experience could be smoother, but at the end of the day I found exactly what I was hoping for. It'd be nice to see some sound files grouped into collections rather than just singles, but again, it worked.

The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of the files was quite good (eg. the sounds had some actual low Hz reinforcement).

Uppbeat is a great service, I have been using it for two years now.

Recently I had some technical questions and reached out to their support team.

I received multiple well‑detailed emails very quickly, and they helped solve my problem.

Nowadays, AI is everywhere and sometimes you cannot reach a human for support but fortunately Uppbeat is not one of those companies, so they deserve 5 stars in my opinion.

Unsubscribed 5 times already yet still getting spam after spam with their shitty promotions. Unbearable!!!

Uppbeat has a huge variety of music to choose from it is easy to navigate and understand. Their fees are very fair. The music is the best aspect of Uppbeat, but their customer service is also top notch. Any time I have a service problem or issue they respond to questions within 24-48 hours.

Quick responses and helpful tips. After changing the video that had a claim to a premiere, the claim release tool worked immediately.
