I was very pleasantly surprised by the great support at Uppbeat! My question was carefully researched and answered by Dano in a friendly manner. Love to see it!

I would like a refund, i'm so tired of all of these music websites that claim you can get copyright free music.. fine print... but, if, when. I spent $67 dollars just to later see that if I want to use this music in a video that I do not post one of my "Safesite" pages or a client posts that I now need to spend $100 more a year. This is useless. And I would like a full refund I didn't end up using any music.

Retired, 70 yrs. Old, simply dumping my brain. A lot to talk about over that period of time. Attempting to put it in poetic monologues with some background sounds to enhance the feel that I hope one day my words will bring.

Easy to find songs I needed. Songs are good quality and no issues with posting on YouTube if you follow descriptions guidelines.

Whenever I need assistance with anything, I receive a very fast response. The staff are polite and you can tell that they are truly happy to help. That is so refreshing. I am a happy user.

I have been using Uppbeat for years. The first year I was using it for free, and seeing the value in it, I ended up signing up. Best value to price ratio out of all the similar providers out there. Their staff is helpful and amazing.
I've had an issue only once which was months ago, but their staff was quick to help me out.

For a small company, the support was very very good. The initial response, and follow-ups, were detailed and comprehensive, which went above and beyond my original query - and indeed allowed me to proceed more efficiently without requiring an ongoing dialogue.

Working with music assets is new for me, and the issue I had felt persistent, but all has been resolved successfully. BTW my issue was NOT a glitch on their side.
