Really nice ladies biker jacket. Very good quality nappa leather, nice cut etc. I ordered though amazon, and delivery was fairly swift. I had to return the jacket as it was a tad snug, but I rang the company and spoke to Tariq. He suggested sending the jacket back and popping in a note requesting a larger size. Which I did. The jacket didn't arrive, and I rang back a couple of times and spoke with Tariq. He did resend the jacket, and it arrived the next day. I'd give 5 stars, but delivery issues meant I knocked a star off.
I'll definitely buy from this company again. The quality of the leather is good and the prices are keen. Only problem with the actual jackets is sizing. And I think if you need to contact by phone, catch Tariq on a good day, as I suspect he's always rather busy.

Ordered a pair of boots through the site on Amazon. They arrived fine but were not what I expected. They agreed to take them as a return. When returned by post tracked 48 they claim the return was never received even though the postal service clearly acknowledged delivery to the address. Steve customer service say they need to check cctv as no proof the boots arrived back, even providing evidence of delivery receipt, tracking code still not had £130 refund. They now will not answer any of my messages. Complaint raised with Amazon and my bank. 2 weeks since they were returned and guess what no refund.

I would like to say " thank you for the very swift delivery" , well worth the £ 6.00 I received them within 24 hrs they were well packaged and I am pleased with the quality of the boots. I am a UK size 7and ordered the EU size of 41 and to be honest I was worried that they might be tight. But in fact they are a bit to big although I can wear thicker socks so not a problem. The only thing I would say is that I did not realise exactly how pointed the toe actually is, but this does not take anything away from the boot. Great service guys, thank you Ray Thompson.

Ordered some boots from this store during the festive period. I am yet to receive the item but they are saying it has been delivered. Still trying to get a response to my three emails trying to chase it up but Tariq doesn’t seem particularly bothered to say the least.

Placed an order on Sunday evening few weeks ago it came Two days later . Such good quality, I’ve worn it a few times

Awful and untrustworthy company. There's plenty of other reviews telling what they're actually like, awful customer service and cheaply made products. There are plenty of reputable company to shop from instead

CHEAP leather fades in color, cheap satin lining which is badly sized- it extends beyond the sleeve cuffs becoming soiled/annoying! Also the jacket seems chemically treated which makes the jacket stiff when new providing the impression of quality that wears off. Value 50 pounds!

This company has a big issue with it's sizing. I am a standard UK size 10 and ordered accordingly. On arrival they felt like wellington boots, very loose and slipped all over the place. Bearing in mind that leather will naturally loosen after continued wear, this would not be acceptable. I decided to return the boots for a smaller size. I contacted the seller and was advised to return the items via track and trace due to the value of the boots. This turned out to be £26 for the tracking and for the weight of the boots. I did this and ordered the size 9's. When they arrived they were also very loose and I decided to return them for the exact same reason and had to foot the same £26 for the cost of postage. Long story short, I eventually ended up buying the size 7 which fitted snuggly bit not too tight to wear and I knew that they would loosen with time and wear. To find the right size for me I had to order 4 sets of boots and had to return 3 of them at a cost of £78! Initially, Steve of customer services, stated that they would refund the cost of postage but after realising the amount, changed their minds and are now refusing to refund the cost of the postage. This was very disappointing as I am not only out for the cost of the boots but, because of the sizing issues, am also out £78 for the returns postage. Points to note if you wish to purchase these boots; order smaller than you normally would and be prepared to foot the cost of returns postage if you are not happy with them. I am happy with the boots just not impressed with the sizing issues and the fact that after initially saying they will refund the cost of returns to then later change their minds. This is very unprofessional and not what I would expect from a commercial company.

The workmanship and quality of the leather is first class. I ordered the wrong size and needed to send back for an exchange and the staff were great to speak with extremely helpful. My communications were with Sarah, Tariq and Steve. If I could nominate them for employee of the month I wouldn't hesitate. Top marks Top company!

They never shipped my order. Costumer service ignored my mails and my messages on Facebook. Maybe this is just me being unlucky but i would not recommend this shop.

Super pleased with my order, though the box was slightly damaged on arrival which was disappointing. Otherwise, good communication and arrived quickly

Sharp prices and super-fast delivery!

I'm impressed by Upperclass Fashion's service, quality and price. I ordered a goat skin varsity jacket on Tuesday and paid for ordinary delivery from the UK to Denmark. The jacket was sent by express courier shortly after my order was placed, and arrived two days later. Op top of that, the jacket is beautiful and the quality of materials and finishing appears to the excellent!
