Holly was a star! I was given a Petra air fryer as a Christmas present from my elderly parents. I am loving it. Last night I dropped one of the drawers and the handle smashed. Holly has arranged to send a replacement as a goodwill gesture. I am delighted and have shared on Social media too.

Emails were responded to quickly. There was a little bit of an issue of the company being able to open my attachments proving purchase. I had to develop my skills with Turing pictures into pdf on my phone. Still I know have a new skill. Lidl accepted the return and I received my refund.

Just received a Russel Hobbs…
Just received a Russel Hobbs pan/utensil set from these jokers and, upon opening the outer cardboard box, the pan box within had already had it's seals undone and the box was already open. This was clearly a return from another unsatisfied customer, or, a return from an original Russel Hobbs purchase. The reason being? All of the pans have some kind of tarnishing, denting, scratching or blemishing, which, can only mean one thing... This company are selling damaged returns and factory seconds as brand new! The utensil set is also badly damaged, each and every one of the 6 utensils are scratched and gouged beyond belief. Absolutely disgusting 'service' from a two bob company that are blatantly selling damaged, returned and factory seconds. In other words, they are selling knackered junk as brand new. I am contacting Trading Standards to have them investigated for selling damaged goods and seconds as brand new. This is actually illegal and nowhere on their Amazon site does it say anything about their trading practises. Please DO NOT buy from these scumbags, they are scammers and thieves.

What a Nightmare !
Ive just bought a set of Salter bath scales from Amazon and needed to call Salter with a query on the product.
At that stage I had no idea that Salter was handled by Ultimate in the UK as all the contact numbers in the box had not been updated with Ultimates number
I was then in for another shock when I tried to call them as I don't think they like to actually talk to customers and in fact use every tactic in the book to avoid talking directly to their ' lifeblood '
Their ' remote ' customer service also does not exist in real terms and by forcing customers to email or snap chat any issues or queries is a complete cop out.

Poor customer service
Had a mishap with a kleeneze branded vacuum cleaner and was in conversation by email with Molly but I couldn't find original purchase receipt so I asked if I could just buy replacement parts. Email trail then picked up by Jamie who sent back a curt, couldn't care less Email. I have found out myself that the beldray make is the same and I can therefore find replacement bits myself and don't need to continue with the query. Thus releasing " Jamie " to do whatever I interrupted. When searching on the Internet fir information, there's loads of articles about thr success of this company, but keep up the service I received and that won't last long !
