Ive used this company through ebay to buy salter coffee machine. I’ve received it all used, water marks, scratched, massive dents and no milk cup. So basically someones return. Paid for brand new item. Haven’t even turned it on, there was no point. I’ve asked the seller to send the courier to my house for return as I dont have how to take that big box to a parcel shop now, as sold my car recently and waiting for a new one. I thought after the scam they did on me, that’s at least what they could’ve done. Their agent messaged me that they will refund me or send the new one. Then changed their mind and sent me a label to send it back. I dont mind sending it back its just some old, used, smashed up coffee machine, but at least have some respect after scamming me and send the courier to pick it up. Why after ive paid money for a new item i need to go through all of this?
Ive contacted citizen advice and been advised to contact trading standards. Ive got pictures of the item as soon as Ive received it and will be filling the case with them on Monday. I understand goods can be damaged, but this coffee machine came just all sellotaped around, no new item type of see-through taping. The electric lead was just thrown in like they wouldn’t even care to try it to look like new. The scratches on the plastic, on metal bits and milk frothing cup was missing. Waist of time and felt like slapped with a wet towel when you buy something brand new and receive item just chucked in the box used. Will see what trading standards will say about it and will update the outcome.

It appears that this company must have some responsibility for Beldray products sold at B&M. I complained to Beldray about a rusting shower caddy and was responded to by Ultimate products who are issuing a full refund
