Delayed delivery
I have been waiting for days for my UPS package, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. UPS drivers apparently cannot call customers, and customer service refuses to provide even a rough delivery window. Because of this, customers are expected to sit around and wait outside their buildings like security guards, hoping to catch the driver before they mark the package as “delivery attempted.”
The lack of communication, flexibility, and basic customer consideration is honestly shocking for a company of this size. Every interaction I have had with UPS has been unhelpful and provided no real solutions. If they won’t allow drivers to contact customers and won’t offer time estimates, then what exactly is the customer supposed to do?
Overall, terrible customer service. I will be avoiding UPS whenever possible.
Worst delivery company in Canada!
Tonight is the second time they rescheduled my delivery in the last month.
Most of the time they deliver to me as a last resort they do everyone else then my place. Their office is within 10km of my house, the truck left their site at 9:30am. It’s 9pm. 11.5 hrs to go 10 km???
They are terrible and should close up and try another vocation. McDonald’s maybe or dry cleaner something that doesn’t involve driving and delivering packages
Don't shop at stores using UPS…
I will no longer buy items from stores using UPS! Tracking and updates almost nil. Customer service by robot.
Would definitely NOT recommend.
This literally is the worst company I…
This literally is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In 3 years I have only ever had to deal with them 3 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME a package moves from BC to pembroke Ontario in just a few days and then all of a sudden… crickets. And delays from pembroke. It’s a joke. Close your shop down. It’s terrible. Please companies stop using this useless company.
UPS is the absolute worst
UPS is the absolute worst courier I can imagine. Tracking information for three packages have not been updated since 1 Dec. except for the excuse that there's bad weather somewhere in the 'UPS network' and, on Dec. 5, that 'delivery is delayed by 1 business day' (today is the 9th) and they still haven't been delivered. I've tried to submit a claim because I assume at least 2 of the pkgs are lost but each time I receive an automated reply that 'something went wrong' and my claim can't be processed. The 3rd pkg arrived here in the city on the 7th, was processed at 1:40 AM on the 8th, and still (8:34 PM on the 9th) hasn't made it the 20 minute drive from the UPS Facility to our home.
In stark contrast to the incompetence of UPS, I've always chosen to have DHL deliver packages from and they've generally arrived at least one day ahead of the estimated delivery date. Evidently, UPS's claim that the 'significant weather events across the globe' that are impacting its network are specific to it and do not impact other couriers. I wonder if UPS in the US is as inept as UPS Canada.
Worst carrier ever
Worst carrier ever, I have the incoming package, I saw the UPS truck at home but truck driver didn't even step out his truck just left but tracking changed to attempt delivery, this is total lie and this is not the 1st time they lie. I've use Fedex, DHL but UPS is the WORST. WORST OF THE WORST.
I paid for 3 day delivery
I paid for 3 day delivery . Truck broke down...would be a day late. I was fine with that .. but then the plane didnt fly....so my son never got his present again on Monday...supposedly he will get it tomorrow . We will see. Never will I GET UPS ever again
Use Purolator Stupid
Had a package that was "out for delivery" Thursday December 4th, then apparently got delayed due to weather (the weather was actually really nice on Thursday) then on Friday had an ETA of 4:30 pm, I called at 4:25 knowing it would take a bit to get ahold of someone, was told guaranteed in the next minutes. 6:30 rolls around, I call again, was told 100% by the end of day which is 9pm, nothing, try to call again and of course they are closed. Cashed Saturday (done being nice, I swore multiple times at the person and I don't care, so sick of them giving me the run around. This is why UPS stands for Use Purolator Stupid, if a company says they ship with UPS I won't be buying from that company anymore. This is now Monday the 8th and 2:30pm and I "might" see my package today.
In my experience UPS is the absolute…
In my experience UPS is the absolute worst carrier. I will never use them again. I will make that request with any future vendor that I deal with. If they loose your package they will not refund you any brookerage fees. NEVER pay those fees in advance. Or better still don't use UPS
UPS IS THE MOST PATHETIC, MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY EVER!
UPS is the worst, most incompetent, most disorganized, and the most nasty and cold-hearted Company that I've ever encountered, or ever heard of in these 64 years that I've been living on this Planet!..
On November 5th, 2025, I sent a hand-made gift from me from Windsor, Ontario, Canada to my friend who lives in Texas in the United States.
First of all, the gift traveled all across North America before it even got to him in Texas, and then, when it finally arrived to my friend in Texas after 10 days, it was all damaged, and then, when UPS returned to my friend's house to photograph the damaged gift, UPS then took it back with them and left, claiming that they need to inspect it, and then, UPS never returned it, and now, UPS is claiming that the parcel is now LOST in their system.
LOST IN THEIR SYSTEM??
How can this be?
So, the $316.79 that I paid up front here in Canada to ship the gift to my friend on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 is NOT being reimbursed or refunded by UPS back to me, and, the Parcel is listed as: "LOST IN THEIR SYSTEM", and now UPS is charging my friend an additional $89.97.....
WOW!
This is worse than any nightmare!
What could be worse than this?
I (the sender) spent $316.79 up front to ship the parcel to my friend in Texas, and my friend in Texas (the receiver) is also being charged $89.97 all while the package was damaged, and then lost, and, UPS refuses to send any refund at all, while the parcel was damaged and lost!
WOW!
What the hell kind of company is this?
If I could give them ZERO stars out of 5 stars, I'd give them ZERO STARS!
UPS IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and DISGUSTING!!!

Unnecessarily Delayed
Package held because they, allegedly, didn't have my address. The same address they used to confirm my identity. Won't allow for me to pick up at a UPS point. Won't deliver when I'm home, or show up at all. The only thing delayed more than my package was the customer service rep. Worst logistics company to deal with. This experience is not tge first I've had with them and seems to be the norm for UPS.
Anyone else but UPS.
I honestly have to say that this is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. Snail pace delivery and more than once was a no show on confirmed day of delivery. Customer service is pathetic. Online help only loops back to "track your package" Nothing like waiting 8 to 10 hrs and no delivery? Disgusting company.
UPS moves packages around and doesn't deliver them
Packages are in trucks around town but not delivered. If you change delivery address to a store "access point" they hold the package hostage for 4-5 days. The call center sounds like human but are robots reading the same script. You can't pick up your package anywhere. Needless to say, I had no choice. A vendor chose UPS. What a shitty company - the best service they can do to the public is to go bankrupt.
My "dog" ate my homework and UPS blames the "weather" for its delays....
The package was scheduled to arrive on 05 Dec, 2025 ("5" days of transit from British Columbia to Ontario). I was notified at 11 AM on the day that it was due that it was stranded in Montreal to bad "weather". I live in Ottawa which is just 2 hours west of Montreal and I can say that there are "no" such weather issues to deal with today over . The package is sitting in Montreal which is 2 hours away from my home. There are "no weather conditions" impacting this 2 hour transport route (HWY 417). I could/would have driven to Montreal and back in 4 hours to pick-up the package which happens to be a circuit board for my furnace. I am not without heat for an additional 3 days and I have to pay an HVAC technician on "stand-by" for a 4 hour service call that never happened. UPS seems to frequently use the "weather" as an excuse to cover for its incompetent service.
Equip your employees with a phone !
Equip your employees with a phone please ! I understand that UPS can't do anything if the seller does not allow the package to be left at the door or picked up somwhere. But it is unacceptable that UPS can't call while making a delivery, expecting people to stay in front of their building for hours (if the delivery is even done !) instead of waiting a call in their condo.
the worst logistic company with terrible service
UPS has been the worst logistic company I have ever dealt with. I waited almost an entire week for my package to arrive and eventually gave up and requested that it be returned to the sender. It appears that the driver never attempted delivery - there was no door tag, no attempts to contact me, and no indication that anyone had actually come to my address. The only response I received was through automated emails stating that my delivery had been rescheduled, with no real explanation or support. The customer service experience was also extremely poor and not customer friendly. Additionally, it is unacceptable that UPS drivers do not have a company provided cell phone or a reliable way to contact customers when needed.
Because of this extremely disappointing experience, I will be recommending to all my friends and contacts who own businesses to avoid using UPS for their shipping needs.
Untruthfull drivers.
I've got used to them being real late with parcels, but this time the driver outright lied, saying he attempted to drop the parcel off. Myself, my wife and 2 dogs were sitting aprox 6 feet from the door and no one attempted to enter the deck stairs let alone knock. And his lie about attempted drop-off can also be easily proven by the fact there was no tracks in the snow we had the night before. UPS is a joke, and I highly recommend not using them.
Never ever had a good experience with…
Never ever had a good experience with UPS. They are completely incompetent. I give simple instructions on my orders, to help them find my place. A 3-year-old child could get it right. They still can’t figure out how to deliver a package. I have had so many orders “lost” because they couldn’t be bothered to do their job. People are mad at Canada Post. I’d take them ANY day over UPS. Get your sh*t together, UPS.
No offense to anyone what Canada Post…
No offense to anyone what Canada Post is so much better then ups they said they came to the house but they didn't no one knocked on the door and then was told mine wud be the frist one delivered and that didn't happen and was told to stay home and wait what I did and then was told mine wud be the frist one out today and now have to wait all dam day again 2 days of this
Worst company ever-
Worst company ever-
this has to be the worst company on earth, it's mind blowing that they are still functioning. My package was supposed to have been delivered wednesday last week. They have continuously LIED that delivery attempt was made... I have security cam, I was there all day.... they apologize profusely and promise item will actually be delivered the next day..... as of today 5 business days later, NOTHING. They keep changing the info on the tracking information and changing their delivery time window. I was literally waiting when I checked the tracking to see that the driver had manually entered "delivery attempted".... false obviously...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, they're as unreliable as can possibly be
