Worst customer service ever

They keep saying they don't have the right address, we confirm it, they confirm they have it, then they post another update saying address incomplete. This has been going on for 6 days. There is no way to speak with a person. UPS is the worst delivery service that exists.

Paquete no entregado

On Saturday, October 18th, a package was supposedly delivered to me—perfumes valued at £220—in a parking space that required a signature, which I never signed, nor did I even take a photo of where it was left. My neighbor says he didn't open the door for the delivery person either. I filed a complaint and have never received a response. I lost my perfumes and the money, and this company isn't telling me anything.

UPS just does not deliver and expects you to pick it up somewhere

Their tracking says that they tried to deliver for 2 days in a row, but that is a lie. They just don't come and bring it to a collection point far away from home. UPS is the only company that does not want to deliver at my home, even though it is very easy to reach by car, just along the road. This is not an incident. Always the same trouble with UPS. Unfortunately, you don't know up front what company they are using when you buy something, other wise I would not buy if UPS is delivering.

LATE DELIVERY RIP OFF

Absolutely a joke of a company, falsely charged me incorrect VAT and DUTY, which is fraud! Package lost and arrived more than two weeks late, 18 phone calls, nobody could answer question so just hung up ! Once the item was eventually delivered (95kg) there was no means to get it off the UPS truck, we had to hire a forklift! No refund or compensation given! @UPS WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE

They attempted to deliver 2 days ago, saying they would try again. And that was the last update. Nothing else. No more updates or delivery. That's very bad. It was a bought product from Amazon. 😔

Live tropical fish….missing!

My order of live tropical fish has not been delivered. I haven’t had any communication from UPS apart from the AI and a useless automated message from support. I will never, ever, order from anywhere who uses UPS ever again. Their service here in Spain is appalling. It was only when I mentioned to friends, and they wished me luck, thatI realised I had made a mistake. Goodness knows what has happened to the fish, I feel so bad for them. Disgusting service.

usual scammers

Some scammers as always, I didn't receive the package and they still want to charge me extra. This isn't the first time this company has caused problems. No one should ship or purchase from them. I don't know why they haven't closed already.

A DISASTER. Circular loops when calling the customer service line. I received a letter with a PIN I did not need, because the service activated itself. However, I was not allowed to change the delivery address before receiving the letter!

They are going to try to put the blame on you for not being home for the pick-up. This so they still can charge for the non existent delivery.

Angry at myself for not checking up on these people in the first place which I usually do when dealing with a new company. You have heard about UPS for so long You would think in legit, but this is just a scam. Thousands of negative reviews and nowhere a company response - this is telling.
You are going to lose time, merchandise, money and sleep with these crooks.

Zero service

It should be option "zero" for this. After received a tracking info, there was nothing more later. On Web and app, I can't change option of delivery because they don't have. Every time, after clicking change address, was provided to put a tracking number and it was over and over the same story. Customer service by phone this is freaking AI repeated all the same over and over. WhatsApp number is false. Other chat impossible. Finally, my important package with accessories I am using to my job, was sending back to the company where I ordered, and I am charge for it. So, no more UPS. It seems like there are no any human works. ZERO ABSOLUTE as a company.

If I could give zero stars I would do…

If I could give zero stars I would do so. I am using UPS to have an important package sent from Spain to the UK. It consists of a personal item I left there on holiday and need to ship back to me. I paid for a premium service to get the item as soon as possible. UPS (a) levied VAT on the shipment in an amount in excess of its value despite the item belonging to me and UK VAT having been paid already, insisted that I pay this before they would deliver, and dispute it later, (b) failed to meet the scheduled delivery date, and (c) when I called (multiple times) to ask where my package is (beyond "on its way" as per the website), the utterly hopeless customer service staff are unable to confirm its whereabouts, specifically whether it's in the UK, in a depot, out for delivery etc. And, more importantly, and despite having missed the delivery deadline, they were totally unable to tell me when it would be delivered. All they could tell me to do what "wait for an update". This has to rank as one of the most useless and frustrating customer experiences I have ever had, and I would urge people to avoid using them for international shipments. It is simply impossible to speak to anyone with any judgement and ability to solve a problem without just resorting to reading from an irrelevant script.
UPDATE: 48 hours after the due delivery time, UPS still unable to tell me where my package is, and when it will be delivered. All they will say is that I need to "wait for an update". How can this be an appropriate service level. When I raised a complaint yesterday, they said I would receive a call within the hour. No call. Same again today. How is this company still in business?

Get scammed from UPS

Parcel marked as delivered but was all day home. On the website of them they couldn't provide a picture of my parcel.

Obviously driver scammed my parcel, impossible to get someone on the phone.

No option to change delivery, endless loop in with chatbot

After I received the tracking number from the webshop I wanted to change the delivery address as my circumstances changed.
I kept contacting the support, but I was constantly redirected with my support request to register on UPS's My Choice product which provides the delivery address change option. Sounded good, I registered then I found my self in the same page.
I was able to track my package, but I got in a endless loop with the chatbot and the support.
The chatbot is a nightmare, the option was never available.
It's impossible to get a human operator.

Utterly Incompetent

Your service gets worse every time. Today, I wasted my entire day waiting for a delivery scheduled between 10 AM and 2 PM that never showed up. No call, no warning, nothing. My plans were completely ruined because of your incompetence.

It's no surprise your stock is near its historic lows. With service this abysmal, you're driving your own company into the ground. You'll be bankrupt soon, and honestly, you'll deserve it.
