Utterly disgusting company

Utterly disgusting company, if it’s selectable,
make sure not to use their services, which equals absolutely nothing. I’ve got a package from abroad that they couldn’t deliver to my home and dropped it off at the nearest pick-up point. Once I got to the pick-up point they notified me that the package isn’t there even though it was shown as it’s there and ready to be collected. All this, while not picking up the phone

Rubbish service

If I could give them minus stars I would!!! They delivered parcel to a completely different pickup point than the one I chose, now parcel is far from my house and i need to collect it according to their deadline (I'm away and would be able to collect it on time if they delivered it to my pickup point in time). You cannot contact them to complain, I've tried and the contact info doesn't work and wrote on their complaints form online only for it to say it's not working too!!! Is their service meant to work and be convenient for customers or who? Total scammers and don't care company. Rubbish service and should be looked into by consumer watchdogs.

Undelivered package from UPS

Parcel was supposed to arrive Friday 1st august 2025. Has not arrived yet Fridat 8th August 2025. No calls from any driver or office admins. Delivery address is a business which is opened 10hours a day, they posted on the tracking failed delivery 3 times, complete lie as times of failure business was open with people in the shop. Impossible to get past the AI assistance on the UPS website.

The UPS service is AWFUL

The UPS service is awful. DO NOT USE. They took extra money out of my daughter's without explaining what it was for. They have asked for a list as long as my arm to prove my daughter's clothes are over six months old such as a certificated letter saying so, But certificated by WHO??? I am starting suspect that this is a scam by UPS. I do not believe the customs will ever receive the tax we are going to be forced to pay on old clothes just because we can't fufill the exhaustive list of demands.

Totally unreliable

Totally unreliable. They keep pushing the date of delivery, and now changed it to. We will let you know as soon as possible. It’s already taken them a week with a package from Germany to Spain and they’ve moved the date of delivery twice and now we don’t know.

They let me pay 2+ euros to schedule a shipment and when I did they didn’t come to take the shipment, when we called them to clarify they said we have to pay again and schedule another shipment, when we insist that we have already paid that was Friday, they said ok then Monday the driver will come and take the package…let us see if they will come Monday!

They need lower review numbers

Hi,if I could give this company a lower review value I would.
Difficult to contact, can't work out basic information and just pass you from pillar to post as knowbody can be bothered to solve your issues.Posted second hand car lights from myself to myself in Spain to fit to my dads old car. Can't get them delivered. Was sent delivery day. Waited in all day, NO DELIVERY. Contacted UPS UK. Explained everything and basically got fobbed off with the usual, SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU BY PHONE OR EMAIL.I am in Spain, don't speak Spanish. Was not interested. Just received a email asking for details of the package( which are on their form) on the side of the package. Asking me to print off and sign forms. Obviously on my trip over I forgot to bring my printer. The hassle I am having and the fact that if I can not sort it before saturday( as explained) they will destroy the parcel. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A SIMPLE TRANSACTION/ LIFE

They stole the valuable items in my package! Thief’s and crooks!
Never contacted anyone and do not answere any calls or messages.
Do never send anything that has a higher value. The same thing happened with two of my friends. Never use UPS.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE - Lamentable/regrettable. Unrelaiable, unprofessional and still the package is missing and none can find it

Lamentable - Regrettable. I request urgent shipping and paid for it from Spain to Poland and delivered the package to the access point in Coria del Río - Papelería La Estrella on 19 June. After 2 weeks, the package is lost, UPS is not replying and the access point has no phone or e-mail to contact them unless you go directly there (not possible as we are not in Sevilla anymore). We registered a complaint online and they replied that "we are working on it, we will let you know" but no feedback and none is approaching the access point. Not only the package didn't arrive in time (it was crucial to get it), but it's missing and nobody takes care of finding it.
NEVER AGAIN - I CANNOT RECOMMEND LESS THIS SERVICE

Extremely delayed and no tracking info

Impossible to find. Waiting 11 days for a delivery which was supposed to take 4-9 days. Awful tracking system that does not inform the client. I get a "delay" message since 5 days ago. No info about when is the new estimated day of arrival.

Still Waiting After 7++Days for a 24/48h Delivery

Absolutely unacceptable experience with UPS. I’ve been waiting for over 7 days for a package that was supposed to be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve called UPS customer service more than five times, and every time I was told the delivery would be rescheduled for the next day. That never happened.

To make things worse, UPS delivery drivers consistently ignore the delivery instructions. My package was clearly marked to be delivered in person to me, but they just drop it off at any random pickup point they feel like—without my consent and without even attempting the actual delivery.

This is not just frustrating, it’s completely unprofessional and unreliable. I will think twice before using UPS again and strongly recommend others do the same if they expect timely or accurate deliveries.

The Tears of an Artist

For many years the name of UPS has been an emblem of Exemplary Customer Service and Professionalism in the Realm of Logistics to me, and for this reason they have always been my first choice whenever I want to send a package.
Sadly, today that no longer seems to be the case and I regret to say as from this moment I will not be using their services ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone I know.
This is why:
Last week I sent a package from Alicante in Spain to Graz in Austria and inside the parcel was a piece of unique artwork, a sculpture.
The package arrived punctually in Austria but was not able to be delivered on the scheduled day because the recipients were absent.
Yesterday it was entered in the Protocol that a second attempt to deliver the package was unsuccessful because the recipients were once again not present, this is simply not true; the recipients were at the delivery address all day and were definitely there when the alleged delivery attempt was made.
The recipients were instructed to collect the parcel from a pick up point outside the city and the box they received looked like it had been sat on by an Elephant!
Obviously the Sculpture inside the box which represented countless hours of effort, was broken, shattered by the weight which was probably dropped on this package, which was clearly marked VERY FRAGILE!
This irreplaceable sculpture was destined to be exhibited in a local business in Graz, which would have been a great help in the career of this new and struggling artist, but because it arrived in pieces, it's now useless! This morning I had to witness tears of bitter disappointment and frustration rolling down this poor woman's cheeks.
In an effort to bring her some small consolation I thought I could claim damages from UPS but on attempting to submit a claim on the UPS website and calling the suggested number several times, I made absolutely no progress!
So judging by this experience I conclude that UPS employs careless liars and the company is only interested in providing customer service when things are going well, but when there's a problem they make it very difficult to contact them.
Shame on you UPS!!

Absolutely Appalling Service – Avoid UPS at All Costs

UPS is, without question, the worst delivery company we’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Whether it’s down to sheer laziness or internal policy, their drivers routinely refuse to deliver to the actual address and instead dump packages at drop-off points kilometres away from where they’re meant to go.

Worse still, if the delivery is addressed to a business, only the named administrator can collect it—so forget having staff pick it up. Our nearest collection point is 3km away from our office. Completely unacceptable for a service we’ve already paid for.

To add insult to injury, their drivers flat-out lie. We had a delivery supposedly attempted at 3:24pm. Our building has 24-hour reception, staffed by at least three people during the day and one overnight. There were no UPS vans, no delivery attempt, and no contact. Even our building’s security guard confirmed no UPS presence that entire day. Yet the tracking info stated “Nobody in.” It’s blatant dishonesty.

UPS’s complete lack of accountability, appalling customer service, and inability to perform the one task they’re supposed to—deliver parcels—is astonishing. One look at their public reviews tells you everything you need to know. It’s a wonder how they’re still in business.

Lazy. Dishonest. Inept. UPS is the very definition of incompetence in logistics.

Ordered on theinkeylist.com website and ups delivered my package to a locker. I went to pick it up and the locker opened and it was completely empty. Either ups didn’t put it in or they did and then immediately stole it. No one is answering me to resolve it!
