I purchased two items from wilson that uses ups to ship . one item was being delivered to spain and was lost by ups and other item being delivered to the uk and was lost by ups. two seperate orders , two seperate countries, in my opinion UPS is the worst shipping company in Europe. UPS does not answer the phone, they hang up on you. they tell you its on its way and after 2 weeks you find out they are lost. I guess it safe to say UPS is going out of business. I hope they do , and companies like amazon laugh all the way to the bank. Never again

Worst delivery service ever

this is the worst delivery service ever, they don't even warn you when there is an issue on your delivery, the website is out of 1990, not working and not possible to update anything, and when you try to call and change the delivery address (because although I've put my entire address they somehow only got half) they just randomly send your package super far away from your original zipcode and good luck to go and get it
this is an absolute joke and I hope companies stop working with them

The worst delivery service I have ever used.
Receiving a package from these guys is always a nightmare.
Website and the web service is CRAP - they prefer to keep having language barriers, customer service around the world and make people angry instead of investing in some AI to solve problems THEY CREATE.
Said that, UPS works really bad all around the world, but here, in Spain, is the WORST one.

Update: after more than 1 hour speaking with their customer service they told me:
- Having a phone number linked to your shipment doesn't include they call you
- I have changed the address with them but again, this morning, they were not able to find my house (I live in a main road, the most famous main road in Barcelona)
- Now they are shipping my packages to a pickup point (without asking me before)

worst delivery company in Spain

If I could, I would give 0 starts, the experience is so bad. They had my package, and without any notification/email/phonecall they said Incorrect address" and sent it back to the sender. After that I tried to contact them, but its almost impossible to reach a human support, and the support they give is absolutely zero quality. I suggest to everyone not to use UPS in Spain.

I'm pretty sure UPS stole my parcel.
Its been 6 months since the company who sent the parcel and myself opened a dispute and they just simply ignore the matter.
I bought an airsoft replica from Gunfire and I guess they liked it so much they just stole it.
I can't even do anything because is the person who sent the parcel that get the answers but they also don't care. Don't buy from Gunfire, don't ever even think of using UPS.

Worst parcel service in Spain

Worst parcel service in Spain, since Friday I get to hold of my package! They do not come to my house no they go directly to collection points, Wich is more convenient for them.As we are in Spain,these points are closed between 2pm-5pm so they take it back to the warehouse instead of calling or bring it to the adress on the package! Not even worth 1 star

I would give zero if that were an…

I would give zero if that were an option! UPS pretended they had tried to deliver several times when in fact i was in and nobody came. Customer support is terrible and now my parcel is on its way back to sender as i cannot contact anyone to help. Rubbish company and this is also not the first incidence of this happening.

Such a poor delivery service

Such a poor delivery service. The only one who is never able to deliver to my door.

Always dropping it to some weird branch.

I was at home waiting at the time agreed but they never rang my doorbell or my phone.

Deceitful.

Either their drivers are lazy or ist it their own way to save time and money.

I ordered a Teeter Dex II from the UK

I ordered a Teeter Dex II from the UK. It got through customs but UPS are now keeping it in a warehouse in Barcelona - 1Z2X11R86810365301

Myself and Teeter have contacted them multiple times. They ask for the same forms every time, we send them, but then nothing happens. The parcel has been there for a month now and UPS no longer reply to emails. Terrible, terrible customer service. I have filled out the same forms for them again and again, sent the original freight invoice, sent proof of payment but it makes no difference. I have requested they just return the package if they are not going to release it.

It's been a week I'm waiting a deliver - UPS don't give a shit

It's been a week I'm waiting a deliver, I'm working from home every day but they're still able to tell me "no one was here."Now, I opened an investigation since 7 days and they don't reply to emails, don't put any actualization, and there's no way to contact them.
Moreover, the UPS My Choice thing is a scam. I did create an account and setted up everything, but there's no way to update your address, and you're not able to speak to anyone.
I'm sick of these bullshit delivery companies that are never working properly, and often trying to tell that we, the customer, are the liars.

Utterly utterly useless UPS

Utterly utterly useless. DO NOT USE - SERIOUSLY.
THEIR DRIVERS DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER.
I waited in every day on their allocated delivery times, I communicated by email every day with little response. Now they state they are returning 4 parcels to seller.

I would give them a 0

I would give them a 0. The courier did not contact me for directions and it is impossible to contact them. My parcel which I paid for to be delivered to my house has been delivered 5o some obscure office many kilometers away. We went there only to find it closed! No telephone numbers to speak to a person. I now have to go back to this office not knowing if it will be open. This is an order I need as soon as possible. Never again will I use any company that uses UPS Spain. This is not the first time this has occurred.

Absolutely useless waste of moneyand frustrating! Waited in most of the day as instructed…

Waited in most of the day as instructed in their email only to receive an email telling me they have left my parcel in a shop somewhere and haven't attempted to deliver to my address which is what I paid for. Trying to reschedule (more time off work) a new delivery requires more time and trouble. Will never use UPS and will cancel my order with their client who will not be happy with their service.
