Total disaster

I want to share my frustration with UPS Malta.

To begin with, I had no choice of courier. My order was shipped from Liverpool and UPS was assigned automatically. Everything was smooth until the package arrived in Malta.

From that point on, nothing worked the way it should. No consistency, and no respect for agreed delivery timelines.

The package was supposed to arrive on 2 January. Instead, the tracking suddenly showed it as “Reschedule Delivery Requested” for an unclear reason, apparently they were unable to deliver it. I contacted UPS the same day and we agreed that I would collect the package on Tuesday on my way to the airport.

When I arrived in Luqa, I was told something completely different: the package was already out with a courier and was now in St Paul’s Bay, which is where I actually live.

In the office they tried to put the blame on me until they finally admitted that we had a call and an arrangement for collection.

However then they said they could not do anything about it. Every suggestion they made came down to one thing: I should travel back from Luqa to St Paul’s Bay at my own expense, roughly two hours before my flight.

Any attempt to calm the situation down or find a reasonable solution led to the same result. No way to receive the package for at least another ten days.

This is not just bad service. It is poor coordination, zero accountability, and a total lack of common sense.

Very disappointing experience with UPS Malta.

Very fast delivery

Ordered CD from Amazon. Arrived this morning at UPS and was promptly delivered this afternoon. Very fast delivery and great service. Thank you.

Christabel was extremely helpful

Christabel was extremely helpful! I wish more people like her work at UPS there was a slight problem with the package being misplaced but she got to the bottom of it and by end of day she called me to rectify this problem.

UPS Malta the worst service DHL much…

UPS Malta the worst service DHL much much better even Malta post much better than UPS Malta . I paid for an item 300 euros and paid 200 euros for supposed express shipping by UPS all ready past 15 days and still not received the item. I try to call them I wait for 13 minutes on the phone and they cut the line. DONT USE UPS Malta . DHL much better

Horrible service

Horrible service. They don't know how to pick up a phone when they re being called. I have called them over 10 times and it is a Monday. NO ONE PICKED UP.

Worse service ever…

Worse service ever…
I have literally wasted a whole morning trying to get hold of UPS malta hub….their service is non existent….i tried loads of times by calling their customer service…i also contacted them on fb messenger and they have even yet replied….i did not guve up and so i also emailed foreign UPS hubs and also called the italy hub…When i finally did manage to connect with the UPS Malta hub the person assisting me gave me her extension number and as i needed to get her some more info…when i called her back about 5 mins later… guess what??? i was once again left on the phone as the voice prompts keep repeating themselves….how can a company treat their customers by this disgusting customer service??
